  • Patent number: 6960015
Abstract: The cutter stand of a mixer includes a set of blades and a blade holder installed at the bottom of the bowl of a mixer. The set of blades has a vertical shaft extending downward and the blade holder is fitted on the shaft, with a clutch installed under the blade base and threadably assembled with the shaft. The blade holder is composed of a bearing base, a copper alloy bush, a bearing sleeve, two heat-insulating and waterproof washers and a waterproof gasket. The shaft is inserted through the bearing sleeve, the copper alloy bush and the bearing base and then threadably assembled with the clutch connected with a motor which will drive the shaft to rotate and actuate the set of blades to rotate and beat fruit into juice. Thus the cutter stand of a mixer is assembled quickly, having effects of heat insulation, shock absorption and noise abatement.

  • Patent number: 6915070
Abstract: A quick heater for drinking water includes a helical water pipe defining a narrow space therebetween for fitting an electric heating tube and having a water inlet and a water outlet. The water pipe and the electric heating tube are wrapped up with a support base having its outer side bored with plural holes respectively for the opposite ends of the water pipe and two wire connecting terminals of the electric heating tube to extend out therethrough. The support base has plural lugs at the inner side for support a container with a water intake pipe and a water-releasing pipe, the water intake pipe connected with the water outlet of the water pipe. When cool water gets into the water pipe, it flows circularly therein and is heated by the electric heating tube, and then conveyed to the container for use through the water intake pipe.

  • Patent number: 6834818
Abstract: A food processor blade unit includes an upper blade and a lower blade and a shaft. The upper blade has two side sections respectively divided into a first stage, a second stage and a third stage all angled differently. The lower blade has two side sections divided into a level section and a sloped section with a bending-down end section. Both the upper and the lower blade further respectively have one lengthwise side formed with a blade edge. Then the three stages of the upper blade can cut food into minute bits, and the level section and the sloped section of the lower blade can cut, stir and churn cut food repeatedly again and again into juice, minute bits or powder.

  • Patent number: 6802247
Abstract: An electric oven includes a housing having a door at a front, a chamber in an interior and a motor at a bottom; rotating devices installed in the housing and each consisting of an upper frame, a lower frame, roller seat assemblies, a gear wheel, a driven shaft and a driven gear; and, net racks capable of being rested on the gear wheels. In using, the motor is actuated to turn the driven shafts and gears to synchronously rotate the gear wheels to make the net racks rotated accordingly for roasting food articles evenly. The rotating devices designed to be located in multiple layers can be placed with various food articles, thus enabling one single electric oven to roast the various food articles at the same time. A pan can be rested on the rotating device that is positioned at a top layer for frying, roasting, boiling and deep-frying.

  • Patent number: 6554466
Abstract: A blender in the invention includes a handle at one side of a container and having a link rod disposed therein. A microswitch is in a base and an actuating rod is above the microswitch. The link rod has an upper end protruding into a slide groove of the handle and a lower end extending into a lower portion of the container and touched against the actuating rod. When the cover is not closed on the container, the blender cannot work even if a rotary switch is turned on because the electric circuit of the microswitch is broken. When the cover is closed on the container, its push block is lowered to press the link rod down to force the actuating rod to be contacted with the microswitch to form an open electric circuit enabling the blender to work, thereby providing the blender with high security in use.

  • Patent number: 6532863
Abstract: A food processor in the present invention includes a spindle, a blade holder, a positioning member, an elastic retaining member, a flexible member and a push member. Only to press down the push member, engagement hooks and guide blocks of the push member will slide downwards along slide grooves of the positioning member to compress the flexible member and lower an inclined plane of the push member to press against an inner wall surface of a clamp part of the elastic retaining member to force the clamp part to be stretched outwardly so as to release a projection of the spindle, thereby the blade holder can be easily disassembled and assembled for the convenience of completely cleaning residuary foodstuff out of the blade holder to keep the blade holder in a good sanitary condition ready for the next use so as to prolong the working life of the food processor.

  • Patent number: 6450426
Abstract: An ice planer includes a base, a fix frame, a cylinder, a body, a safety hook, a transmit device and a push cap. When the body is fitted with the cylinder, the safety hook rests against the inner wall of the cylinder and its upper end separate from the touch switch, and a planing plate under the body presses down ice blocks in the cylinder and pushes up the transmit shaft of the transmit device, with the touch switch moved up. Then the push cap is pressed to touch the touch switch to turn on the transmit device to operate the ice planer. Thus, the ice planer has three separate safety measures to let its use very safe, and in addition, the transmit device is contained in the body, not to get wet to increase its service life, with the components easily assembled and disassembled.
