  • Publication number: 20090189750
Abstract: In a vehicle anti-theft system, a vehicle-mounted mainframe downloads a sole identification code, serving as a control identification code, and transfers the sole identification code into a part as a part identification code. The vehicle-mounted mainframe determines if the control identification code is obtained when the vehicle is activated. If yes, the vehicle-mounted mainframe sends a request command to the part to obtain the part identification code. The vehicle-mounted mainframe determines if the part identification code meets with the control identification code. If yes, the vehicle-mounted mainframe produces a normal operation signal to enter a normal operational mode and feedbacks the identification code to the customer service center. The customer service center checks with a database for stolen events.

  • Publication number: 20080164632
Abstract: A spinning nozzle for producing the synthetic fibers and a method for producing a DNA counterfeit-proof fiber by the spinning nozzle are provided. The spinning nozzle includes a polymer solution inflow passage and a pair of water inflow passages located at the both sides of the polymer solution inflow passage, wherein the polymer solution inflow passage and the water inflow passages are converged into a mixing outflow passage and a synthetic fibers are produced at the outlet of the mixing outflow passage. A method for producing a DNA counterfeit-proof fiber by the spinning nozzle includes the steps as follows. First, mixing a plurality of the DNA microcapsules with a material solution to produce a polymer solution. Then, to form a converging interface between the polymer solution and the two streams of acid-hydrolysis waters. Afterwards, causing the flowing polymer solution to converge with the two streams of acid-hydrolysis waters for producing the DNA counterfeit-proof fiber.

  • Publication number: 20080109162
Abstract: A vehicle dynamic navigation method and system in which an on-vehicle main unit calculates a total navigation path subject to the set start location and destination, and transmits a position information indicative of the vehicle's current position received from a global positioning system through a wireless transceiver to a remote traffic information server so as to obtain a real-time traffic-problem location data of a neighboring area from the remote traffic information server, and then constitutes a district navigation path based on the part of the total navigation path within the neighboring area, and then determines whether the district navigation path and the traffic-problem location data overlap each other, and then re-proposes the district navigation path when the district navigation path and the traffic-problem location data are found to overlap.

  • Publication number: 20080010595
Abstract: An in-vehicle computer system includes a host computer, a mode switch and a backup microprocessor. When the host computer functions ordinarily, the mode switch is in a regular mode as a default, and the host computer uses various graphical interfaces on a display to control the operations of electronic devices implemented in a vehicle. The electronic devices can include a digital versatile disc (DVD) player, an MP3 player and a global positioning system (GPS). When a total failure of the computer occurs, the mode switch is switched to a backup mode, and the host computer is replaced by the backup microprocessor to control a backup graphical processor to extract backup graphical interfaces from a backup storage medium for graphical processing and further presentation on the display. Thus, a driver can continuously control the corresponding electronic devices through the backup graphical interfaces on the display.

  • Patent number: 6907410
Abstract: A transportation crew dispatch method is disclosed. A plurality of initial samples is generated at first. Each initial sample includes a two dimensional transportation crew dispatch coding table. The initial samples are assigned as parent samples. A sample estimation is performed based on object functions and confinement formulas. By rule of roulette wheel, selection possibilities of chromosomes with superior fitness values are increased. After performing processes of chromosome crossover and mutation responsive to the selection possibilities of single point cutting and double point cutting, a process of sample update is executed by partial gene exchange so as to select preferred samples. The fitness value of each sample is determined from business cost, satisfaction of fairness index, and the disobedient cost of the confinement formulas.
