    Abstract: A thin film transistor is disclosed in the present invention, including a substrate, a gate, an insulating layer, a source, a drain and an active layer. The gate is arranged on the substrate. The insulating layer is arranged on the gate. The source and the drain are arranged on the insulating layer. The active layer is arranged between the source and the drain, and is formed by a bottom layer, an intermediate layer and a top layer stacked together on the insulating layer. The conductivity of the intermediate layer is higher than that of the bottom layer, and the conductivity of the bottom layer is higher than that of the top layer. As such, the disadvantage of low carrier mobility as commonly seen in the conventional thin film transistor is overcome.

    Abstract: A voltage control circuit used to control a first clock signal received by a gate driver array of a display apparatus is provided. The voltage control circuit includes a gate trigger pulse generator unit and a controller. The gate trigger pulse generator unit receives a reference voltage and a driving signal outputted from the gate driver array, and accordingly generate a gate trigger pulse; wherein a pulse width of the gate trigger pulse is controlled according to a level relationship between the driving signal and the reference voltage. The controller, coupled to the gate trigger pulse generator unit, receives the gate trigger pulse and control a potential difference of a pulse level of the first clock signal according to the pulse width of the gate trigger pulse. A voltage control method, a driving module of a display apparatus and a display apparatus are also provided.

Each shift register unit includes a first circuit and a second circuit. The first circuit, disposed on a first side of a corresponding gate line, includes a pulse generator and a first transistor having a first W/L ratio. The pulse generator provides a driving signal according to the voltage obtained at a node, while the first transistor maintains the voltage level of the node. The second circuit, disposed on a second side of the corresponding gate line, includes a second transistor having a second W/L ratio. The second transistor maintains the voltage level of the driving signal from the second side of the corresponding gate line. The first W/L ratio is smaller than the second W/L ratio, and the first circuit occupies larger space than the second circuit.

Moreover, return flow chambers and a blade wheel are disposed within the head member. In addition, a brush body and water-spraying perforations are fitted on the surface thereof.
