Once the photoresist has been developed to form an opening, an after development baking process is utilized to reshape the opening. Once reshaped, a conductive material is formed into the opening to take on the shape of the opening.

    Abstract: A hood safety system for a vehicle prevents a hood of the vehicle from being unlocked in a crash event. The system includes a hood locking mechanism and a crash safety mechanism attached to a front structure in a front section of the vehicle. The hood locking mechanism may manually release the hood from a locked position to an unlocked position. The crash safety mechanism includes a crash pin displaceable between an inactivated state and an activated state. In the inactivated state the crash pin is disengaged from the hood locking mechanism and, in the activated state, the crash pin engages the hood locking mechanism to prevent the hood locking mechanism from displacing the hood into the unlocked position. A front section of the vehicle, when deformed by a crash event, is configured to mechanically displace the crash pin from the inactivated state to the activated state.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides processes and systems for ethanol production. In one embodiment, a first beer column receives a first portion of a feed mixture including ethanol and water to form a first beer column bottom stream and a first beer column vaporous overhead stream. A beer column receives a second portion of the feed mixture. A first portion of the first beer column bottom stream is forwarded to a first beer column reboiler. A second portion of the first beer column bottom stream is forwarded to a plurality of evaporators. A condensed portion of the first beer column vaporous overhead stream is forwarded to a stripper column. The stripper column forms a feed stream, which is contacted with a separation system, thereby forming a permeate and a retentate. The permeate is forwarded directly to at least one selected from the first beer column and the stripper column.

In some embodiments, a battery charger described herein may be configured to generate and transmit, to a battery, an FM signal modulated over a frequency range during a period of time, the FM signal having a frequency of at least 0.5 MHz during at least a first portion of the period of time. In some embodiments, a method described herein includes transmitting an FM signal modulated over a frequency range during a period of time and having a frequency of at least 0.5 MHz during at least a first portion of the period of time to a battery.
