    Abstract: A semiconductor device and method of manufacturing the semiconductor device are provided. In some embodiments, the semiconductor device includes a fin extending from a substrate and a gate structure disposed over the fin. The gate structure includes a gate dielectric formed over the fin, a gate electrode formed over the gate dielectric, and a sidewall spacer formed along a sidewall of the gate electrode. In some cases, a U-shaped recess is within the fin and adjacent to the gate structure. A first source/drain layer is conformally formed on a surface of the U-shaped recess, where the first source/drain layer extends at least partially under the adjacent gate structure. A second source/drain layer is formed over the first source/drain layer. At least one of the first and second source/drain layers includes silicon arsenide (SiAs).

    Abstract: A network base station can select, for each of one or more attached terminals, a respective downlink transmission mode (DTM) based at least in part on respective channel condition information (CCI). The base station can determine a subframe allocation of DTMs to subframes of a radio frame, and transmit downlink data to terminals based the subframe allocation. Additionally or alternatively, the base station can receive load information from a second base station associated with a different access network and determine the subframe allocation based on the load information. The subframe allocation can associate a specific access network with each subframe. Additionally or alternatively, the base station can send the subframe allocation to the second base station. Additionally or alternatively, the base station can determine a proportion of GBR traffic of a particular DTM, determine a reference-signal transmission rate associated with that DTM, and transmit reference signals accordingly.

    Abstract: Optical proximity correction (OPC) based computational lithography techniques are disclosed herein for enhancing lithography printability. An exemplary mask optimization method includes receiving an integrated circuit (IC) design layout having an IC pattern; generating target points for a contour corresponding with the IC pattern based on a target placement model, wherein the target placement model is selected based on a classification of the IC pattern; and performing an OPC on the IC pattern using the target points, thereby generating a modified IC design layout. The method can further include fabricating a mask based on the modified IC design layout. The OPC can select an OPC model based on the classification of the IC pattern. The OPC model can weight the target placement model.

    Abstract: A mitral valve prosthesis, a tricuspid valve prosthesis and a stent thereof. The stent is configured to support the heart valves of the mitral valve prosthesis and has a contracted configuration for delivery and an expanded configuration for deployment. The stent comprises, along its axial direction, an inflow section, a transition section and an outflow section, and the transition section is connected to the inflow section at one end and to the outflow section at the other end. When in the expanded configuration, the inflow section is located upstream of the outflow section with respect to the blood flow direction. The inflow section is less radially rigid than the outflow section and/or the transition section. Due to such a small radial rigidity, the inflow section can well adapt itself to the anatomy of the native mitral annulus.
