    Abstract: Disclosed is a propylene-based multilayer film, which is mainly used as a sealant layer for a cell pouch, and thus allows crack generation in an adhesive layer inside the pouch to be suppressed even when a battery is exposed to physical and chemical shocks or electrical stress, and which has excellent formability, insulating properties, and electrolyte resistance. The present invention provides a propylene-based multilayer film including (a) a propylene-based binary copolymer or a propylene-based tertiary copolymer, (b) an amorphous propylene rubber, (c) an amide-based slip agent, (d) an anti-blocking agent, and (e) a modified polyolefin, the propylene-based multilayer film including a skin layer, a core layer, and a seal layer, wherein the seal layer has a thickness in the range of 10 to 15% of a thickness of the multilayer film, and (a) the propylene-based binary copolymer or the propylene-based tertiary copolymer has a rubber domain having a size of 3 to 10% of a thickness of the seal layer formed therein.
