Patent number: 12107458Abstract: Stacked core sheets forming a stacked core of a rotating electric machine have tooth portions on the inner circumferential side. Axial-direction holes penetrating the stacked core in the axial direction are provided near the tooth bases and near the outer circumferential surface. Resin is injected through tooth base neighbor holes near the tooth bases and core outer circumferential holes near the outer circumferential surface of the stacked core, among the axial-direction holes in the rotating electric machine. Thus, the resin fills gaps near the tooth bases and near the outer circumferential surface of the stacked core, so that the stacked core sheets are bonded to each other, thus obtaining a rotating electric machine having such a stacked core.Type: GrantFiled: May 14, 2019Date of Patent: October 1, 2024Assignee: MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC CORPORATIONInventors: Tatsuya Okuda, Minoru Aoki

Publication number: 20230406784Abstract: The present invention is an efflorescence removing chemical liquid containing hydrochloric acid capable of efficiently dissolving efflorescence even in locations where the efflorescence removal work is performed in an underground space that is not adequately ventilated, i.e., in a nearly enclosed space. In addition, when the amount of hydrochloric acid exceeds 10%, the liquid is designated as a deleterious substance under Japan's Poisonous and Deleterious Substances Control Act, and hence the wastewater after efflorescence removal cannot be easily disposed of underground or elsewhere. The invention solves all of these problems. The efflorescence removing chemical liquid in the present invention is made by mixing water, hydrochloric acid, glycolic acid, and lactic acid, which makes it possible to dramatically suppress the irritating odor of hydrochloric acid by the action of lactic acid.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 30, 2023Publication date: December 21, 2023Inventors: Minoru AOKI, Eiichi AOKI
