  • Patent number: 7493037
Abstract: A matching adjustment between left and right screens is easily and accurately performed in a digital stereo camera and/or a digital stereo video camera at or after the time of photographing. A stereo viewfinder 3 of a digital stereo camera 1 comprises a pair of left and right liquid crystal displays and eyepiece lenses 10. Aspect ratios of left and right image display regions of the liquid crystal displays is made narrower than aspect ratios of image capture regions of image capture devices and horizontal scrolling is performed symmetrically. Images on the image capture devices are horizontally scrolled, while finder images are viewed in a stereoscopic manner with both eyes, so that perspective of a stereoscopic image changes and an optimally scrolled image data can be photographed. Scroll adjustment can be performed on image data after being photographed, and stereo photographs giving an optimal stereoscopic feeling can be printed from edited image data.

  • Publication number: 20080079849
Abstract: A rack is inserted to a longitudinal rack mounting groove formed in both right and left end neighborhood on the backside of an image pickup substrate with a plate spring sandwiched therebetween. A right and left pair of racks are engaged with a horizontal pinion shaft. The rack is pressed to a pinion shaft by a spring force, there is no backlash, and the image pickup substrate is also kept in a state with no looseness. The image pickup substrate moves in parallel with a correct horizontal posture being kept up or down by turning the pinion shaft. A horizontal rack is provided at an upper part on the backside of the image pickup substrate, and performs a right and left shift by operating a vertical pinion shaft which is engaged therewith.

  • Publication number: 20080050301
Abstract: Single-crystal silicon carbide is obtained, which finds a wide variety of applications including semiconductors, and an etching method for single-crystal silicon carbide is provided, by which nitrogen trifluoride plasma is used in single-crystal silicon carbide to obtain a smooth surface. In order to obtain single-crystal silicon carbide having the smoothness (surface roughness) within 150 nm and the material, nitrogen trifluoride-containing gas is subjected to plasma excitation to obtain single-crystal silicon carbide with a smooth surface. It is preferable that the pressure of nitrogen trifluoride gas is in the range of 0.5 to 10 Pa. It is also preferable that the flow rate of the nitrogen trifluoride gas is in the range of 5 to 15 sccm.

  • Patent number: 7257420
Abstract: A position information system (101) obtains position information (latitude and longitude) of a dispatch location from a telephone number/address DB (113) or an address/position information DB (114) based on the sender telephone number of a telephone (103) of a customer or the like requesting the dispatch. A display control portion (132) obtains map images of the vicinity of the dispatch location from a map DB (138) based on the position information, and displays these on a display (136) with the display location in the center. Also, position information and the current status of each dispatch staff member is obtained at any time from portable terminals (104) of the dispatch staff members, and based on this information, markings representing the dispatch staff members in the vicinity of the dispatch location are displayed on the map, allowing a staff member to be dispatched to be quickly and appropriately selected.

  • Publication number: 20070035656
Abstract: An image pickup substrate mounted with an image pickup element is pressed against the surface of a camera body frame by a plate spring, and exclusive position adjusting mechanisms that independently move the image pickup substrate to a vertical direction and a lateral direction are provided. The image pickup substrate is provided so that its position can be adjusted and a projected image by means of a photographing lens is imaged on the image pickup element. Vertical lines and lateral lines are displayed as software display on an electronic display, and their positions can be independently adjusted to the lateral direction and the vertical direction. A dustproof plate is fixed between an interchangeable lens section and a camera main body, so as to prevent dust from adhering to the surface of the image pickup element.

  • Patent number: 6494580
Abstract: A stereo slide mount capable of adjusting a pitch between the right and left films, preventing a change in the pitch even when it is caused to fall. A plane land 9 is formed at the central portion of a base frame 3. After having adjusted a pitch between the two film holders 2 mounted on the right and left guide grooves, an adhesive label is stuck onto the land and onto the film holders to secure the film holders. A center window 12 is formed in a cover frame 1, so that the surface of the adhesive label can be viewed by eyes. Shooting data and a caption can be written on the surface of the adhesive label, or a picture of the film may be printed thereon on a reduced scale, or a bar code may be printed thereon and may be utilized for a voice guidance or for controlling a projector.

  • Patent number: 6466746
Abstract: A stereo camera capable of photographing a stereo picture maintaining an optimum stereo effect. Right and left lens boards 42R, 42L of a stereo camera 41 are coupled to a camera body 46 via upper and lower two sets of parallel links 47. Parallel grooves 45L, 45R are formed in the lateral direction in the inner portions of the lens boards 42L, 42R, and with which a circular eccentric cam 43 is engaged. When the shaft mounting the cam 43 is turned, the right and left lens boards 42R and 42L move in parallel describing circular loci, making it possible to automatically adjust the focal point as well as the distance between the optical axes of the lenses, which is important for accomplishing a stereo effect.

  • Patent number: 6434872
Abstract: A film cut into a screen is correctly and easily fitted onto a slide mount. For this purpose, the slide mount is formed by joining a mount and a cover together, and windows are opened in the central portions of the mount and the cover, respectively. A film-placing portion is provided surrounding the window of the mount, and positioning pins are studded at four corners of the film-placing portion so as to be corresponded to engaging holes at both side portions of the film. Positioning holes are perforated in the periphery of the window of the cover at positions opposed to the positioning pins. The film is placed on the film-placing portion, and the positioning holes of the cover are brought into engagement with the positioning pins of the mount while the cover is being depressed onto the film. Then, the engaging holes of the film engage with the positioning pins, and the film is correctly fitted onto the slide mount.

  • Patent number: 6430373
Abstract: A distance between the optical axes of the photographing lenses of a stereo camera is set to be smaller than the conventional distance between the optical axes so that when the films are mounted on a stereo slide mount being brought closest to each other, the distance Pi∞ between the centers of the subject images at an infinity of the right and left films becomes larger by from 0.7 to 1.2 mm than the distance Pw between the centers of the right and left windows of the stereo slide mount. The films shooting a picture at infinity down to a distance of 2 meters may be mounted on the positions of the smallest distance to obtain a suitable three-dimensional effect, and the distance between the films can be adjusted over a range of from the positions of the smallest distance up to the positions of the largest distance. The range for adjusting the distance is expanded compared to that of the conventional stereo cameras, enabling a subject in a closer range to be shot.
