  • Patent number: 7278725
Abstract: A plurality of unit areas (bit) B are set on a base board. A liquid drop made of a liquid member is ejected to the unit area B from a liquid drop ejecting head so as to form a layer on the base board. A first pattern is formed by a first nozzle group Na in nozzles N which are formed in the liquid drop ejecting head. A second pattern is formed by a second nozzle group Nb which is different from the first nozzle group Na. By doing this, it is possible to maintain a stable ejection operation so as to form a pattern in preferable accuracy when patterns having different features are formed on the base board by using the liquid drop ejecting apparatus.

  • Publication number: 20070227238
Abstract: A method and a device for measuring the dimensions of a constant velocity joint. In the method, for example, the cylindrical part of an outer member with a specified offset value is supported on the support part of a dimension measuring device for the outer member. On the other hand, a holding bar is inserted into a recessed part formed in the shaft part of the outer member. In this case, balls installed at the tip of the support part are inserted into the ball grooves of the cylindrical part. In this state, a rotating member is rotated to bring a probe into contact with the inside wall of the cylindrical part. The measurement core of a micro gauge is displaced according to the displacement of the probe, and the amount of the displacement thereof is displayed as the amount of the variation of the needle of the micro gauge.

  • Publication number: 20060220541
Abstract: An electronic device substrate includes an insulating plate base, an electronic circuit formed on one surface of the base, and a conductive film formed on the other surface of the base and having electrical conductivity. The electronic device substrate is completed through a manufacturing process including charge-removal movement in which removal of a charge of the base is combined with movement of the electronic device substrate. In the charge-removal movement, the electronic device substrate is moved with being supported by a substrate support part that has electrical conductivity and is grounded. The substrate support part abuts the conductive film during the charge-removal movement.

  • Patent number: 7097265
Abstract: A driving device of an ink-jet print head is provided that discharges liquid drops through a plurality of nozzles. The driving device comprises a data storage unit which stores a data block for liquid drop discharge; a data determination unit which determines the stored data block; a shift register which outputs the determined data block to the ink-jet print head; and a clock signal generation unit which generates clock signals for driving the shift register. The data determination unit determines whether the data block has a predetermined array. When the data block has the predetermined array, the clock signal generation unit stops generating the clock signals and the shift register outputs the data block having the predetermined array to the ink-jet print head.

  • Publication number: 20050078138
Abstract: Aspects of the invention can provide a method for visually recognizing a droplet, a droplet discharge head inspection device, and a droplet discharge device that are capable of easily visually recognizing an airborne droplet discharged from a nozzle hole of a droplet discharge head. The droplet discharge head inspection device can provide visual recognition of an airborne droplet discharged from a nozzle hole included in a droplet discharge head, and includes a laser light irradiation device that irradiates laser light and a plate member having a slit through which the laser light passes. The laser light is made pass through the slit so as to be shaped into flat-shaped light beams, that is, laser light. With the laser light laid out in parallel with a course of the droplet, the course is irradiated with the laser light. This makes it possible to illuminate and easily visually recognize the airborne droplet.
