  • Patent number: 7762757
Abstract: A workpiece transfer system includes a bracket rotatably supported on a support part, a rotary drive mechanism provided on the support part in order to rotate the bracket, a workpiece support arm swingably and axially supported on the bracket, a swing drive mechanism provided on the bracket in order to swing the workpiece support arm, and a workpiece retainer provided on a tip end part of the workpiece support arm and retaining a workpiece that is to be transferred, the workpiece being inclined by operation of the swing drive mechanism when the rotary drive mechanism is operated so that a center of gravity of the workpiece comes on the vicinity of an axis of rotation of the rotary drive mechanism. This reduces the rotational load on the rotary drive mechanism, and since a small size and a reduction in weight can be achieved for the system, the workpiece transfer system and method enables a single worker to easily give a workpiece an inclination and inversion attitude change.

  • Patent number: 7754478
Abstract: A device for cell culture capable of automatically performing operations for cell culture over several days to several months while minimizing the risk of contamination. A new medicine can be supplied to an incubator means by using a medicine supply means or unnecessary wastewater can be discharged from the incubator means by using a wastewater discharge means without taking out the incubator means disposed in heat insulation box means from a heat insulation box, and the state of the cell culture can be observed with the incubator means formed in the heat insulation box means. Accordingly, the outside air does not enter directly into the incubator means during culturing, and the risk of contamination is completely eliminated. As a result, the culturing operations can be automatically performed over a long period.

  • Publication number: 20100149382
Abstract: When focal lengths are discretely set, zoom positions are set, relative to a focal length fr at a position at which a movement direction of a correction group, is reversed, such that a difference value between a focal length which is the closest to the focal length fr and falling between a focal length fw at a wide angle end and the focal length fr, and a next focal length is larger than a difference value between any remaining adjacent focal lengths. By moving from the zoom position of the closest focal length directly to the zoom position of the next focal length, a movement range of the correction group can be made smaller than a movement range in the case where the lens position of the focal length fr is set as the zoom position.

  • Publication number: 20100093220
Abstract: A contact terminal which prevents a load from being concentrated on the contact terminal portion thereof when a part is disposed on a substrate, to prevent contact terminals from being short-circuited even if stacked, thereby reducing the overall space requirement. A projection is formed on a terminal base and the movable range of a contact is limited by the projection, whereby the load that is conventionally concentrated on a terminal support part can be distributed by a support part and the projection. Consequently, the durability of the terminal portion can be enhanced, the space for the contact terminal portion is saved, and a short circuit is prevented from occurring due to the contacting between the contact terminals.

  • Publication number: 20090298173
Abstract: It is intended to provide a method of efficiently and stably preparing a cell having a bone tissue formation ability by a simple operation. Further, it is intended to provide a method of preparing a composition for bone tissue formation with high safety and an excellent therapeutic effect by a simple operation. The cell for bone tissue formation is obtained by (1) culturing bone marrow after isolating it from a living body, diluting it at a predetermined dilution ratio and inoculating it to a culture vessel, (2) culturing the remaining adhesive cells after removing floating components, (3) inducing differentiation of proliferated cells to bone cells and (4) recovering the cells. The thus obtained cells, a thrombin solution, platelet-rich plasma and air are mixed at a predetermined mixing ratio (based on volume) in the presence of calcium ions and the mixture is gelled, whereby a gelled composition is obtained.

Abstract: To accurately tune the vibration frequency of a suspension during assembly. Secured positions 3e where a magnetic circuit part 2 is secured to a suspension 3 are provided near to each other. From among the secured positions 3e, secured positions 3e suitable for the characteristics of a suspension 3 to be mounted and the weight of a magnetic circuit part 2 are selected and secured to each other. Thus, the distance between the securing position and the central position of vibration of a suspension 3 and a housing 1 can be changed to tune the frequency to the desired value.

  • Patent number: 7529380
Abstract: A multifunction-type vibration actuator and a mobile terminal device capable of decreasing the lowest acoustic resonance frequency and preventing breakage of a coil lead as well as improving acoustic characteristics and preventing sound leaks. A portion near the outer periphery of a diaphragm 3 is bent to form a rising portion 3b extending along an inner periphery 1a of a housing 1 toward an open end thereof. This rising portion 3b serves as a corrugation to decrease the lowest resonance frequency and the amplitude of vibration of which a fulcrum is served by the rising portion 3b is not so large as that of the corrugation. Accordingly, the coil lead of a voice coil 4 is not easily broken. Furthermore, an extending portion 3c is formed to extend outward along a flat surface 1b formed at the open end of a housing 1 from a rising portion 3b. This enlarges the entire radius of the diaphragm 3 and improves the acoustic characteristics.
