  • Patent number: 7388715
Abstract: First, second, third and fourth lens groups of a zoom lens portion are arranged on an optical axis in order from an object to be imaged side toward an electronic imaging device. The first lens group has a negative refracting power and a fixed position on the optical axis. The second lens group has a positive refracting power and is moved along the optical axis to effect focusing. The third lens group has a positive refracting power and is moved along the optical axis during a magnification change. The fourth lens group has a fixed position on the optical axis. An angle of incidence of a ray of a maximum image height when the zoom lens portion is in a state at a telephoto end is not greater than the angle of incidence of the ray of the maximum image height incident on the electronic imaging device when the zoom lens portion is in a state at a wide angle end.

  • Publication number: 20070274543
Abstract: [Problems]To provide a multifunction-type vibration actuator and a mobile terminal device capable of decreasing the lowest acoustic resonance frequency and preventing breakage of a coil lead as well as improving acoustic characteristics and preventing sound leaks. [Means for Solving Problems] A portion near the outer periphery of a diaphragm 3 is bent to form a rising portion 3b extending along an inner periphery 1a of a housing 1 toward an open end thereof. This rising portion 3b serves as a corrugation to decrease the lowest resonance frequency and the amplitude of vibration of which a fulcrum is served by the rising portion 3b is not so large as that of the corrugation. Accordingly, the coil lead of a voice coil 4 is not easily broken. Furthermore, an extending portion 3c is formed to extend outward along a flat surface 1b formed at the open end of a housing 1 from a rising portion 3b. This enlarges the entire radius of the diaphragm 3 and improves the acoustic characteristics.

  • Publication number: 20070267878
Abstract: A workpiece transfer system includes a bracket rotatably supported on a support part, a rotary drive mechanism provided on the support part in order to rotate the bracket, a workpiece support arm swingably and axially supported on the bracket, a swing drive mechanism provided on the bracket in order to swing the workpiece support arm, and a workpiece retainer provided on a tip end part of the workpiece support arm and retaining a workpiece that is to be transferred, the workpiece being inclined by operation of the swing drive mechanism when the rotary drive mechanism is operated so that a center of gravity of the workpiece comes on the vicinity of an axis of rotation of the rotary drive mechanism. This reduces the rotational load on the rotary drive mechanism, and since a small size and a reduction in weight can be achieved for the system, the workpiece transfer system and method enables a single worker to easily give a workpiece an inclination and inversion attitude change.

  • Publication number: 20070194633
Abstract: [Problems]To accurately tune the vibration frequency of a suspension during assembly. [Means for Solving Problems] Secured positions 3e where a magnetic circuit part 2 is secured to a suspension 3 are provided near to each other. From among the secured positions 3e, secured positions 3e suitable for the characteristics of a suspension 3 to be mounted and the weight of a magnetic circuit part 2 are selected and secured to each other. Thus, the distance between the securing position and the central position of vibration of a suspension 3 and a housing 1 can be changed to tune the frequency to the desired value.

  • Publication number: 20070148764
Abstract: A device for cell culture capable of automatically performing operations for cell culture over several days to several months while minimizing the risk of contamination. A new medicine can be supplied to an incubator means by using a medicine supply means or unnecessary wastewater can be discharged from the incubator means by using a wastewater discharge means without taking out the incubator means disposed in heat insulation box means from a heat insulation box, and the state of the cell culture can be observed with the incubator means formed in the heat insulation box means. Accordingly, the outside air does not enter directly into the incubator means during culturing, and the risk of contamination is completely eliminated. As a result, the culturing operations can be automatically performed over a long period.

  • Publication number: 20070043370
Abstract: In a callus elongating/regenerative device (1), a plate (3) is provided in a bar-shaped fashion to move in a three-dimensional direction depending on a pre-mutilated bone shape so as to bridge a mutilated bone portion (2). A bone cut end (8) is severed to produce two bone pieces (4) which are held by brackets (5). The brackets (5) are pulled to move along the plate (3) to three-dimensionally extend a callus (9) osteoplastically formed between a severed bone end (10) and a severed end surface (11). Since the brackets (5) are formed to move while surrounding the plate (3), the sizes of the plate (3) and the brackets (5) are such a degree as to be placed in a wound to-be osteoplastically treated. Thus, the callus (9) can be three-dimensionally extended with a most part of the callus elongating/regenerative device (1) retained in the wound.

  • Publication number: 20070035631
Abstract: There is provided an electronic image pickup device with a hand-shake compensation function capable of reducing drive amount necessary for shake compensation and achieving downsizing without increasing a size of a piezoelectric element or voltage to be applied. A lens L2 is attached to an output-side surface of a prism P1 for bending an optical axis, and the prism P1 and the lens L2 are integrated together. Upon occurrence of a hand-shake vibration, as the prism P1 is rotationally driven by a drive member 17, the lens L2 is also translated in a direction approximately perpendicular to the optical axis. By the moves of both prism P1 and lens L2, hand-shake compensation can be achieved with a small drive amount. Thus, the drive member 17 can be made smaller-size and compact, and the electronic image pickup device with a hand-shake compensation function can be reduced in size.

  • Patent number: 7142366
Abstract: Provided is a method of manufacturing a microlens substrate capable of facilitating optical axis alignment and simplifying manufacturing processes by patterning a lens shape of a second microlens array using a first microlens array. The lens shape of the cylindrical second microlens array is patterned by irradiating the first microlens array with ultraviolet rays. Light emitted from a linear light source which is variable in its position is imaged on a focal surface of the first microlens array by a collimator lens and the first microlens array, and a resist layer formed by being coated on the focal surface is exposed. By performing exposure while changing the position of the linear light source, a resist pattern of a desired cylindrical shape can be obtained. Thereafter, etching is performed to transfer the shape of the resist pattern onto an intermediate glass layer, and recesses are buried with a high refractive index UV curable resin.

  • Publication number: 20060121606
Abstract: A cell culture method prepares first cells that are adhesion-dependent cells and monolayered or multilayered cells on a culture surface of a culture substrate, seeds second cells that are adhesion-dependent cells and are magnetized by allowing to have magnetic particles on the first cells, induces the second cells to a predetermined position on the first cells by magnetic force, and cultures the first cells and the second cells in a cell arrangement obtained by the magnetic induction. According to this cell culture method, after a cell sheet was prepared individually, cells can be multilayered without changing a temperature, peeling the monolayered sheet and laminating the monolayered sheets.
