    Abstract: An oil supply mechanism in a deep excavator comprising a chassis, a turntable disposed on the chassis, a boom which is pivotally supported on the turntable and is vertically swingable, a stretchable arm arrangement which is stretchable in the longitudinal direction and comprises base, middle arm and top arms, and buckets which are attached to the top arm for excavating and holding earth or sand. The oil supply mechanism includes an oil supply unit provided in the middle arm, and first and second hollow oil supply pipes are airtightly slidable in the oil supply unit and move outwardly from the oil supply unit in opposite direction. The outer end of the first oil supply pipe is coupled with the base arm, and the outer ends of the second oil supply pipe is coupled with the top arm.

A covering supports the rotary holding structure and closes the opened upper portion of the evaporation container from the atmosphere. A frame capable of hanging the evaporation container supports the covering substantially horizontally. A driving device is provided for rotating the evaporation container, and an electromagnetic heating means is disposed close to a lower surface of the evaporation container and generates a high-frequency electromagnetic wave which is supplied to the evaporation container.

    Abstract: A disposal apparatus according to a first aspect comprises an evaporation pipe communicating with a container for discharging vapor evaporated from raw sewage therein. A catalyst box accommodates a catalyst and communicates with the evaporation pipe. An ejector connects to the catalyst box for drawing air therefrom. A hot-air blower connects upstream to the catalyst box for heating flowing air, and an air supply unit supplies air to the ejector and the hot-air blower. A bypass pipe communicates between the ejector and the container. The disposal apparatus according to a second aspect comprises a heat-resistant airtight container for raw sewage, and an induction heating device disposed under the container. The heating device has a coil for generating a high-frequency electromagnetic wave to heat the container by induction. A rotatable stirrer and heat-holding balls are contained in the container. A stool communicates with the container through a valve mechanism.

    Abstract: Raw sewage, toilet paper or foreign matter is prevented from being stuck to an inner bowl of a stool by air bubbles. A cleaning mechanism of the stool comprises an outer cover which has an upper opening and can store cleaning liquid therein, an inner bowl accommodated inside the outer cover and a ring-shaped upper cover which contacts the upper end of the outer cover. An upper end peripheral edge of the inner bowl is spaced from the outer cover and upper cover and air is spouted from air discharge bodies provided at the bottom of the outer cover so that the air discharge bodies generate air bubbles which agitate the cleaning liquid so as to generate bubbles which stick to the entire surface of the inner wall of the inner bowl.

    Abstract: There is disclosed a shoring device for holding shoring boards against the walls of a trench. The shoring device is equipped with a locking mechanism to lock the device in an extended position in order to prevent the trench walls from collapsing. The shoring device includes a cylinder, a piston, and a piston rod with a rectangular cross-sectional geometry. The cylinder has an inlet for introducing a hydraulic fluid which upon entry into the cylinder causes the piston to slide within the cylinder, and the elongated piston rod to extend radially outwardly from the cylinder. In this extended position, the shoring device holds the shoring boards tightly against the walls of the trench. Upon retraction of the piston rod back into the cylinder, a cylinder end cap acts as a scraper, removing dirt and other particles from the surface of the rectangular piston rod.

    Abstract: A stretchable arm of a deep excavator comprises top, middle and base arms wherein a bucket is suspended from the top arm and a working unit is fixed to the middle arm. Two hydraulic cylinders constituting the working unit are arranged in parallel with each other while cylinder rods thereof are oppositely directed, wherein the cylinder rod of one hydraulic cylinder is coupled to the base arm and the cylinder rod of the other hydraulic cylinder is coupled to the top arm. It is possible to extend and contract each arm of the stretchable arm synchronously with one another at higher speed compared with a conventional deep excavator having a single hydraulic cylinder. The oil under pressure which flows out from the discharge chamber of each hydraulic cylinder can be merged into the oil under pressure for extending each hydraulic cylinder so that the amount of oil to be supplied to the pressure chamber is increased.

    Abstract: A raw sewage disposal apparatus, such as a portable toilet. The apparatus has a vessel with a first introduction pipe for feeding raw sewage into the vessel. The vessel is externally heated and contains heat-holding bodies and an agitator so that the sewage can be heated to evaporate liquid therefrom while being agitated to break down nonevaporable substances into powder. Air is circulated through the vessel to remove the vapor and later the powder therefrom. A deodorizing means including a catalyst, and a preheater for preheating the catalyst, are provided to treat the vapor to make it substantially odorless. A dust collector is provided to collect the powder. The dust collector can be heated, if necessary, to evaporate liquid present therein. A liquid level detector can be provided on the vessel to indicate when the vessel contains a large amount of raw sewage.
