The imaging device is configured to image an imaging target by receiving incident light from the imaging target on an imaging element via an optical system. The optical system includes a first optical system configured to guide incident light from a direction of a side surface of a nozzle tip to a first region of the imaging element, and a second optical system configured to guide incident light from a direction of the surface of the board to a second region of the imaging element. The imaging device is configured to image an image via the first optical system and the second optical system.

    Abstract: A bulk feeder including a storage section storing multiple electronic components in a loose state and a supply passage guiding the electronic components stored in that storage section to an electronic component supply position while arranged in a single line. The supply path, as well as arranging electronic components stored in the storage section in a single line by relying on magnetic force of permanent magnets, includes a magnetic force dependent supply passage for indexing from the storage section, and an air pressure dependent supply passage indexing electronic components indexed from the magnetic force dependent supply passage to the supply position by relying on positive pressure or negative pressure air blown from air passages. By combining the appropriate advantages of magnetic force and air pressure respectively, it is possible to perform supply of electronic components ideally and practicality of the bulk feeder is improved.

A bulk component driving device of the bulk component supply device is non-detachably provided on head main body of the mounting head, and a passage-equipped component case in which a component case and a component passage are fixed is detachably attached to head main body by a passage-equipped component case attachment device. When the holding by passage-equipped component case attachment device is in a released state, the passage-equipped component case can be removed while the bulk component driving device is held as in on head main body, and exchanged with a different passage-equipped component case. This exchange can be performed automatically by a passage-equipped component case exchange unit.

    Abstract: A bulk component supply system which includes a bulk component supply device which is moved together with a mounting head; and a method for replenishing bulk components to that bulk component supply device are disclosed. A passage-equipped component case of a bulk component supply device which is moved together with a mounting head is removed, held by the empty one of case holding sections of a slide in the bulk head component case exchange region. Bulk components are replenished and a passage-equipped component case held on the other of the case holding sections is held on the mounting head. The slide is moved to a bulk component replenishment region, and components are automatically replenished from bulk component storage vessel to the passage-equipped component case received from the mounting head which is empty. After replenishment, the slide is moved to a bulk component case exchange region.
