  • Publication number: 20080278930
Abstract: A tool structure with illumination comprises a base, a tool body and at least one light-emitting device. The base has a slot for holding therein a circuit board. The circuit board has two electrical pins extending outside of the base. The tool body has a plurality of insertion holes on the front end for insertion thereinto of the electrical pins of the circuit board. The tool body is designed for holding therein at least one battery so as to allow electrical connection between the electrical pins of the circuit board and the battery. The at least one light-emitting device is mounted on the circuit board of the base and electrically connected thereto for providing illumination.

  • Publication number: 20050176303
Abstract: A Silicon Card For Reading Device by applying Serial Advanced Technology Attachment Interface comprising: a Serial Advanced Technology Attachment Interface (SATAI); a First Wafer Module, a Second Wafer Module and Reading Card Unit. In this invention, SATAI is converted into an Integrated Disc Electronics Interface (IDEI) by First Wafer Module allowing the data transfer interface to change into serial interface from parallel interface. The Second Wafer Module connects with the First Wafer Module to serve in reading the Reading Card Unit with plugging external media storage. As the title indicates, the present invention comprises a Silicon Card For Reading Device with high data transfer rate, hot plugging function and effectively reducing the use of wire by applying transfer data in serial interface.

  • Publication number: 20040157163
Abstract: A method for improving photoresist layer uniformity and fabricating a lower electrode of a trench capacitor. First, a substrate having a plurality of trenches is provided. Next, a protective photoresist layer is formed on the substrate to fill the trenches. Parts of the protective photoresist layer are removed to form first openings in trenches. A refill photoresist layer with a planar upper surface is blanketly formed to fill the first openings. The protective photoresist and/or the refill photoresist layer are recessed to leave a plurality of second openings with substantially equal depths in each of the trenches.
