    Abstract: Some embodiments provide a method of emulating a presentation of at least one system object of a first database, based on multiple system objects of a second database. From a client, the method receives a first query for the first database requesting a presentation of the system object. From a metadata storage, the method identifies a second query for the second database that references the system objects of the second database, and generates the requested presentation of the system object. The method replies to the client with the generated presentation.

    Abstract: Disclosed herein are apparatuses and methods for performing joint balancing procedures. The apparatus may have femoral paddle and a tibial paddle attached to a housing. The housing may include a distraction mechanism to vary the space between the femoral paddle and the tibial paddle. The tibial paddle may lie entirely within the femoral paddle in a closed position. A load sensor may be placed in the femoral paddle to measure ligament tension. The apparatus may be inserted into a knee joint and positioned to remain within the knee joint during flexion and extension of the knee without everting a patella.

The rate of additive injection is varied based on characteristics of the tubular or fluid in the tubular. Characteristics of the fluid in the tubular include iron content, residual additive, moisture content, and flowrate; characteristics of the tubular include its corrosion rate of the tubular. The characteristics are measured real time, measured historically, or predicted from a model.

    Abstract: A multi-phase sampling collection system includes a three-way four-port valve unit that includes a valve housing having a first port, a second port opposite the first port, and a third port. The valve unit includes an inner valve member that is movably disposed within the valve housing between a plurality of positions. The inner valve member has a main valve body that has a first valve opening, a second valve opening opposite the first valve opening, a third valve opening and a fourth valve opening opposite the third valve opening. The third valve opening is defined by a plurality of orifices for mixing incoming non-homogenous fluid to generate a mixed homogenous fluid and the fourth valve opening has a lesser diameter that the third valve opening for increasing fluid pressure drop, fluid velocity, and fluid turbulence resulting in improved mixing of the non-homogenous fluid that exits through the fourth valve opening.

    Abstract: While operating a compressor system equipped with compression train(s), condensate is collected from within stages of the compression train(s), and directed to a blowdown system. Gas from a later stage of the compression train is routed to the blowdown system and used to drive the condensate to a condensate destination at a pressure that avoids flashing of the condensate until it reaches the condensate destination. Inside the blowdown system the condensate is stored in a tank and directed to parallel piped vessels. Operation of the vessels includes (1) receiving the condensate, (2) pressurization with gas from a later stage of compression, (3) flowing the pressurized condensate from the vessel to the condensation destination, (4) depressurizing the vessel, and (5) repeating steps (1)-(4). A flow of condensate from the blowdown system is continuous by staggering the phases of operation between the two vessels.

The internal cylinder has an inlet side and an outlet side. The multi-phase fluid enters the inlet side to be mixed in the central orifice and is expelled through the outlet side.
