Publication number: 20090083711Abstract: A computer-implemented method supporting collaborative product development. A plurality of artifacts associated with the collaborative product development is maintained under revision control in a first repository. Each artifact has a plurality of lifecycle states and each artifact is associated with a first finite state machine (FSM) that defines lifecycle state transitions for the artifacts. A plurality of artifact tuples associated with the collaborative product development is maintained under revision control in a second repository. At least one artifact tuple is comprised of at least one access information providing access to at least one of said plurality of artifacts in the first repository. Each artifact tuple has a plurality of lifecycle states and each artifact tuple is associated with a second finite state machine (FSM) that defines lifecycle state transitions for the artifact tuples.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 26, 2007Publication date: March 26, 2009Inventors: Man Mohan Singh, Sai Zeng, Jose Gomes, Ioana Boier-Martin

Patent number: 6955796Abstract: A process is disclosed for recovering elemental phosphorus from an aqueous sludge and converting the residue into non-hazardous waste. The sludge is separated into (1) a slurry of water containing suspended phosphorus and dirt particles and (2) coarse solids. A flocculating agent is added to the slurry to agglomerate the suspended phosphorus and dirt particles, which are recovered from the water and are heated to melt elemental phosphorus particles. A coalescing agent is added to coalesce the melted elemental phosphorus, which is separated from the dirt particles. The coarse solids are mixed with hot water to melt the phosphorus sludge, which is separated from inert solids. The solids are heated to burn any residual elemental phosphorus. The separated molten phosphorus sludge is stirred with a solution of chromic acid to recover the phosphorus as a separate phase. A reducing agent is added to the remaining water and solids to reduce the Cr+6 to Cr+3.Type: GrantFiled: May 27, 2003Date of Patent: October 18, 2005Assignee: Glenn Springs Holdings CompanyInventors: Mohan Singh Saran, George Walter Luxbacher

Patent number: 6792627Abstract: An aerated bath 26 is disclosed comprising a plurality of receptacles 10 on the outside of the bath, each receptacle being in communication with the interior of the bath through one or a plurality of openings 16, and fluid supply means 20 connected to some or all of the receptacles characterised in that the receptacles are shallow and of a relatively smooth internal configuration. Preferably, the internal configuration of the receptacles is a part spherical dish. The smooth internal surface reduces locations where moisture can be trapped. Preferably also, the receptacle is made from a material, especially a plastics material, which is hydrophobic which therefore resists wetting by bath water. The plastics material is preferably easily machinable, and tough and durable, and may be selected from known plastics materials of this type such as nylon, polyethylene terephthalate, and the like.Type: GrantFiled: February 21, 2002Date of Patent: September 21, 2004Assignee: Clearwater Collection LimitedInventors: Mohan Singh Sangha, Darren Kirk Allison
