  • Patent number: 12237388
Abstract: Disclosed herein are transistor arrangements with trench contacts that have two parts—a first trench contact and a second trench contact—stacked over one another. Such transistor arrangements may be fabricated by forming a first trench contact over a source or drain contact of a transistor, recessing the first trench contact, forming the second trench contact over the first trench contact, and, finally, forming a gate contact that is electrically isolated from, while being self-aligned to, the second trench contact. Such a fabrication process may provide improvements in terms of increased edge placement error margin, cost-efficiency, and device performance, compared to conventional approaches to forming trench and gate contacts. The conductive material of the first trench contact may also be deposited over the gate electrodes of transistors, forming a gate strap, to advantageously reduce gate resistance.

  • Publication number: 20250053910
Abstract: The disclosure is directed to systems, methods, and computer storage media, for, among other things, employing nested model structures to enforce compliance, within a computational system, to at least one policy. One method includes receiving a digital record that encodes content. A plurality of models (e.g., integrated models and/or model droplets) is employed to analyze the records. The plurality of models is configured and arranged within a nested structure of a hierarchy of models. Each of the plurality of models analyzes at least a portion of the record. Based on the nested structure, the hierarchy combines the analysis from each of the plurality of models to determine that the content violates a policy of a system. In response to determining that the content violates the policy, at least one mitigation (or intervention) action are performed. The at least one mitigation action may alter subsequent transmissions of the record.

  • Patent number: 12222999
Abstract: Devices often receive content items to be saved for later presentation to a user. In some instances, the content of the message is analyzed to retrieve supplemental information from external data sources, such as a map to a location discussed in a message. However, such supplementing often fails to reflect the personal context of the content item to the user, who may not easily recall the associated personal context when the content item is later presented. Instead, for a content item to be saved, a device may evaluate personal data sources to identify the personal context of the content item to the user, and add personal context annotations to a content item record of the saved content item. Later, during a presentation of the content item to the user, the personal context annotations may be included as a reflection of the personal context of the content item to the user.

  • Patent number: 12221478
Abstract: The invention pertains to the field of adaptive cell immunotherapy. It provides with the genetic insertion of exogenous coding sequence(s) into genetically engineered immune cells to prevent cytokine release syndrome to arise during the course of cell therapy. These exogenous coding sequences are more particularly soluble human polypeptides placed under the transcriptional control of endogenous gene promoters that are sensitive to immune cells activation. Such method allows the production of safer immune primary cells of higher therapeutic potential.

  • Publication number: 20250047632
Abstract: A controller can securely publish an application of a tenant by securely extending a network fabric into the networks of the tenant with virtual private networks and NAT. After a tenant deploys an application into one or more networks of the tenant, the tenant can indicate select applications to publish. The network controller assigns a network address from the routable address space of the network fabric to the application and a network address aggregate to each application connector that will front an instance of the application, which securely extends the network fabric into the tenant network. The network controller configures NAT rules in the network fabric and on the application connector to create a route for traffic of the application through the network fabric to the application instance using a fully qualified domain name assigned to the application without exposing a private network address of the application instance and preserving security of other resource on the tenant network.
