  • Publication number: 20240373264
Abstract: A system and method are provided for tracking the quality of telemetry data in a wireless network, and to provide profiling of the telemetry to prevent erroneous radio resource management (RRM) computations. Statistical profiles are generated from the telemetry data that includes both computation data, which is used in RRM computations, and other network data. A data-quality score is generated based on the other data and statistical profiles of the computation data. The data-quality score represents whether the telemetry data is of sufficient quality to be used in RRM computations. The data-quality score can be based, at least in part, on detecting changes in the statistical profiles relative to a baseline statistical profile of the telemetry data and using the second network data to assess a likelihood that the detected changes arise from a degradation in a quality of the first network data.

  • Publication number: 20240370484
Abstract: The technology described herein determines whether a candidate text is in a requested class by using a generative model that may not be trained on the requested class. The present technology may use of a model trained primarily in an unsupervised mode, without requiring a large number of manual user-input examples of a label class. The may produce a semantically rich positive example of label text from a candidate text and label. Likewise, the technology may produce from the candidate text and the label a semantically rich negative example of label text. The labeling service makes use of a generative model to produce a generative result, which estimates the likelihood that the label properly applies to the candidate text. In another aspect, the technology is directed toward a method for obtaining a semantically rich example that is similar to a candidate text.

  • Publication number: 20240367180
Abstract: Various examples are provided in relation to improved recovery and throughput of both fine and coarse particulate materials. In one example, a method includes injecting an aqueous suspension of a cloud of small air bubbles into an aqueous phase including fine particulate materials, wherein the fine particulate material is selectively hydrophobized and collected by small air bubbles; allowing the bubbles to rise in the aqueous phase; and collecting the air bubbles to obtain a concentrate of the fine particulate materials. In another example, a method includes adding a hydrophobizing agent to an aqueous phase to render coarse particulate material selectively hydrophobic; allowing air bubbles to attach to the coarse particulate material and changing the apparent specific gravity of the coarse particulate materials so a layer of one type of coarse particle is formed on top; allowing the one type of coarse particles to float and enter the forth phase.

  • Patent number: 12133840
Abstract: A method of treating a mammalian subject having hematologic, non-tumorous cancer cells is disclosed. The method comprises the steps of: (A) administering to such a mammalian subject a therapeutically effective amount of a halogenated xanthene, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or a C1-C4 alkyl ester thereof as a first cancer cytotoxic agent dissolved or dispersed in a pharmaceutically acceptable aqueous medium. The mammalian subject is maintained for a period of time sufficient to induce death of hematologic, non-tumorous cancer cells. A contemplated administration is typically repeated. A contemplated treatment method can also be carried out in conjunction with administration to said mammalian subject of a second therapeutically effective amount of a second, differently-acting cancer cytotoxic agent dissolved or dispersed in a pharmaceutically acceptable medium. • Patent number: 12135768
Abstract: An interface provides answers to natural language user queries based upon real time data generated by live processes. The natural language queries are converted into a machine query syntax and the machine query syntax is provided to a large language model without sharing underlying data that is used to satisfy the natural language query by serving the data to the end user while, at the same time, masking the data from large language model, where interaction with the large language model is based upon a predefined syntax protocol. A reply is a received from the large language model in the same syntax and the reply is used to create an output to be served to the end user and/or to execute a functionality.

  • Publication number: 20240355412
Abstract: Presented herein are systems and methods for generative design of custom biologics. In particular, in certain embodiments, generative biologic design technologies of the present disclosure utilize a machine learning models to create custom (e.g., de-novo) peptide backbones that, among other things, can be tailored to exhibit desired properties and/or bind to specified target molecules, such as other proteins (e.g., receptors). Generative machine learning models described herein may be trained on, and accordingly leverage, a vast landscape of existing protein and peptide structures. Once trained, however, these generative models may create wholly new (de-novo) custom peptide backbones that are expressly tailored to particular targets. These generated custom peptide backbones can, e.g., subsequently, be populated with amino acid sequences to generate final custom biologics providing enhanced performance for binding to desired targets.

  • Publication number: 20240354438
Abstract: Methods and apparatuses for providing a real-time enterprise knowledge assistant that automatically responds to user comments and questions via a graphical user interface are described. The enterprise knowledge assistant may display automated responses to questions provided by users within a persistent chat channel (or other communications channel). The information displayed or referenced (e.g., via a linked electronic document) within an automated response to a user's factual question may be determined based on access rights to linked documents and the number of electronic interactions between users, such as the number of times that users co-edited or collaborated on documents (e.g., programming code). Upon detection that at least a portion of a user's message within a chat channel has been classified as a factual question, the enterprise knowledge assistant may access question and answer pairings stored within a frequently asked questions database and display an authorized answer.

  • Patent number: 12124926
Abstract: Supplementing artificial intelligence (AI)/machine learning (ML) models via an action center, providing AI/ML model retraining hardware control, and providing AI/ML model settings management are disclosed. AI/ML models may be deployed on hosting infrastructure where the AI/ML models can be called by robotic process automation (RPA) robots. When the performance of an AI/ML model falls below a threshold, the result of the AI/ML model prediction and other data is sent to an action center where a human reviews the data using a suitable application and approves the prediction or provides a correction if the prediction is wrong. This action center-approved result is then sent to the RPA robot to be used instead of the prediction from the AI/ML model.

  • Patent number: 12126590
Abstract: A controller can securely publish an application of a tenant by securely extending a network fabric into the networks of the tenant with virtual private networks and NAT. After a tenant deploys an application into one or more networks of the tenant, the tenant can indicate select applications to publish. The network controller assigns a network address from the routable address space of the network fabric to the application and a network address aggregate to each application connector that will front an instance of the application, which securely extends the network fabric into the tenant network. The network controller configures NAT rules in the network fabric and on the application connector to create a route for traffic of the application through the network fabric to the application instance using a fully qualified domain name assigned to the application without exposing a private network address of the application instance and preserving security of other resource on the tenant network.
