The method includes spotting and fixing each of a plurality of peptide pools to a top of one thin metal film, inputting specific materials to the top of the thin metal film, applying a TM-mode light to a bottom of the thin metal film and exciting SPR for the thin metal film, and detecting a TM mode reflected light reflected from the thin metal film and displaying the detected light as a two-dimensional image.
