One or more transparent film sheets are inserted into a gap between the surface of the upper part of the viewing window and the bent inner surface of an upper support brim and thus combined with the surface of the viewing window, thereby preventing contaminants, paints, slag or metal particles, which may contaminate the viewing window during a working process, from being attached to the viewing window, securing a worker's clear view to increase worker safety, and to greatly extending the working mask.

Abstract: Provided is a method of warning of an abnormal state of an air purifier of a respirator, in which when an abnormality of the air purifier occurs, colors, flickering intervals, and display patterns of light emitting diodes (LEDs) are differently output in such a way that an abnormal state such as a dead battery of the air purifier which purifies polluted external air and supplies the purified air to a worker, an error caused by a blockage of a filter unit due to foreign substances, an abnormality in a load rate of the filter unit, and an error, abnormality, failure and danger caused by the expiration of an operation time and a replacement of the filter unit is warned and at the same time informed to other workers who are working near the worker to prevent a dangerous situation in which the polluted external air which is not filtered and purified is inhaled by the worker through the respirator.

Abstract: Provided is a method of recognizing information on a filter unit mounted on an air purifier of a respirator wherein the air purifier and the filter unit of the respirator which filters polluted external air and supplies purified air to a worker are wirelessly interconnected such that a control unit of the air purifier may provide the worker with information on the filter unit such as a type, a load rate depending on a blockage degree of the filter unit, a final operation time, a residual operation time, and a replacement time of the filter unit through information data transmitted from the filter unit. It is possible to precisely recognize the filter unit appropriate for a workplace and a work environment, thereby preventing an error, failure, and malfunction of the filter unit and simultaneously with continuously working.

The welding helmet equipped with a light switching window, which includes a helmet body portion which protects the worker's face and a cartridge which blocks harmful light generated during welding to protect the worker's eyes, includes a light switching window formed on a side surface of the helmet body portion such that external light is transmitted or blocked by the light switching window. The light switching window has a structure in which it may be possible to identify risk factors around a work area and a worker may block unnecessary light as necessary. Particularly, since an operating radius is enlarged, it may be possible to provide the worker with convenience.

Abstract: Disclosed are safety glasses for blocking of harmful electromagnetic radiation and prevention of dazzling which protect eyes from harmful electromagnetic radiation and are ergonomically balanced by arranging the lens portion at the front and the adjuster and battery at the rear side of the temple to ensure convenient wearing of the glasses. The safety glasses include an inner/outer hosing formed of a soft material to closely contact the face of the user and fabricated through double injection molding, thereby ensuring convenient wearing of the glasses.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a coupling structure of a visor hinge for a headband to connect a protective mask, which is configured to cover the wearer's face along with a viewing window, to both sides of a headband which assists the wearer in wearing the protective mask. The coupling structure includes base molds protruding from both sides of the headband, a slider located outward of each of the base molds, a button located outward of the slider, a stopper located outward of the button, and a hinge located outward of the stopper. Accordingly, it may be possible to easily adjust an angle and a distance of the protective mask with respect to the headband using the hinge, and the welding mask may be used more conveniently.
