  • Patent number: 7362359
Abstract: A mobile telephone is connected to a camera, and their respective power supplies are turned on. A telephone number of the local station is read out and recorded in a flash ROM as registration number data. Moreover, the registration number data is input with image data. As the registration number data is the telephone number of the local station input from the mobile telephone, the image data may be secured without the complex encryption processing of conventional examples. That is, a sense of security may be obtained because forgetting the specific registration number is unlikely when the telephone number of the local station input from the mobile telephone is used as the specific registration number data. Accordingly, the collation procedure becomes easier when the image data is obtained or an order for photo prints is made, and access to the image data may be easily restricted since the image data can be secured without complex encryption processing.

  • Publication number: 20080068479
Abstract: A solid-state imaging device includes photo-sensitive cells for converting incident light to signal charges, and a transfer path for transferring, in response to a drive signal fed through a transfer electrode, the signal charges read out from the photo-sensitive cells. The solid-state imaging device outputs electrical signals corresponding to the signal charges thus transferred. The transfer electrode is divided into a first transfer electrode for transferring the signal charges and a second transfer electrode for reading out the signal charges from the photo-sensitive cells.

  • Publication number: 20070223069
Abstract: An image pickup apparatus includes an image sensor for photoelectrically converting light incident from a field to produce an image signal via al least two output portions. The temperature of the image sensor is sensed. The image sensor is driven such that the image signal is output via one of the output portions if the temperature sensed is higher than a predetermined value inclusive or is output via the two output portions if the former is lower than the latter. A black level corrector uses, when the image signal is output via one of the output portions, a predetermined single value as a reference to execute black level correction on the image signal, or uses, when the image signal is output via the two output portions, a particular predetermined value as a reference to execute black level correction on each of image signals output from respective output portions.

  • Publication number: 20070222797
Abstract: According to an aspect of the present invention, it is possible to visually show both of information which is originally visually recognizable and information which is originally not seen that have been provided from equipment on the same image, so that it is possible to grasp the content of information and the source of providing the information corresponding to or in association with each other. Furthermore, it is possible to view information difficult to visually recognize together with visually recognizable information, and it is possible to clearly grasp, in addition to information which can be visually obtained at the place where a user currently stays, information related to the visually obtained information, from an image visually indicating the association.

  • Publication number: 20070217650
Abstract: The present invention relates to a technology which acquires information specific to a device by an image pickup element and remotely controls a desired device based on the acquired device-specific information. Particularly, the present invention relates to a technology which displays information for performing detailed remote control easily. In the present invention, it is intended to display information about manipulation of a desired device as needed and to facilitate remote manipulation of the device. As a result, according to an aspect of the present invention, since detailed information of a desired device can be selected to be viewed, detailed information of each of multiple devices can be easily identified by a single controller as needed.

  • Publication number: 20070214368
Abstract: The present invention relates to a technique for acquiring information specific to a device via an imaging element and performing remote-control of a desired device based on the acquired information specific to the device, and an object thereof is to suspend information display of certain devices in order to suppress disorderliness of a screen and enable remote control of devices to be easily performed. By arranging displaying of the information specific to the device to be suspended according to device state information, the present invention can reduce the risk of remote control being impeded by specific information displayed in an indiscriminant and disordered manner, and efficient remote control operations may be achieved.

  • Patent number: 7245211
Abstract: According to the present invention, the component selection information sent out from the signal transmitter to the electronic tag attached to the component is collated in the electronic tag with the component identification information recorded in the electronic tag, so that the notifying device notifies the collation result, as a result of which the selected component can be easily recognized by the notification. Additionally, according to the present invention, a write signal is sent out from the signal transmitter to the electronic tag. When the electronic tag receives the write signal, the component identification information is written in the electronic tag. Therefore, it is possible to write the component identification information in the electronic tag in a state in which the electronic tag is attached to the component.
