    Abstract: A contaminated surface polishing-washing detergent composition comprises a polishing media and a dispersion medium wherein at least a part of the polishing media is made of a fine powder of an RB ceramic and/or CRB ceramic. The composition is effective in polishing-washing the surfaces of a precision-worked base material, and after the polishing-washing, the particles of metal oxides and the particles of removed burrs and the cutting metal chips are simply separated from the composition by use of the difference in specific gravity to re-use it by recycling.

    Abstract: According to the invention, a self contained vibration resistant bearing is provided. The bearing is coated with a film formed from a rust preventive oil having an extreme-pressure additive content of 0.5 to 10% by weight. Desirably the extreme-pressure additive is an organometallic compound, an organofatty acid compound, organofatty acid derivative, an organophosphoric acid compound or a combination of two(2) or more of such compounds. When a rust preventive film that contains an extreme-pressure additive is formed all over bearing components during the assembling process, the bearing components are fully protected even from sudden vibrations from transportation.

    Abstract: A high speed rolling bearing having a long life, low rotation torque and small leakage amount of a grease, is provided. The high speed rolling bearing is made up of retainers disposed so as to surround respective rolling elements between an outer member and an inner member thereof, and the respective rolling elements roll against a first contact face which is a contact face thereof with the outer member as well as a second contact face which is a contact face thereof with the inner member. The retainers are made of a polyamide and retain a grease composition composed of a thickener and a base oil composed of a synthetic hydrocarbon oil having a kinematic viscosity at 40° C. in a range of 50 to 70 mm2/s and containing 3 to 6 mass % of hydrocarbon molecules containing 28 to 32 carbon atoms.

The porous material is obtained by a process which includes mixing degreased bran derived from rice bran with a thermosetting resin before kneading, subjecting a kneaded mixture to a primary firing in an inert gas at a temperature in a range of 700 to 100° C., pulverizing the kneaded mixture after the primary firing into carbonized powders sieved through a screen of 100-mesh, mixing the carbonized powders or the carbonized powders and ceramic powders with a thermosetting resin before kneading, pressure-forming a kneaded mixture thus obtained at a pressure in a range of 20 to 30 MPa, and applying a heat treatment again to a formed kneaded mixture in the inert gas at a temperature in a range of 100 to 1100° C.
