  • Publication number: 20240038246
Abstract: Implementations relate to an automated assistant that is responsive, without requiring an invocation phrase or other invocation input(s), to certain spoken utterances when certain display content is being accessed by a user. The display content can be processed to identify certain inputs and/or other intents and parameters that are associated with assistant operations and are relevant to the display content. Thereafter, the automated assistant can determine whether any spoken utterances from the user correspond to those certain inputs, intents, and/or parameters. In response to receiving such a spoken utterance, the automated assistant can initialize performance of the relevant operation without necessitating that the user provides a preceding invocation phrase or other invocation input(s). When other display content is being accessed, the automated assistant can repeat the process for other inputs and operations.

  • Patent number: 11692811
Abstract: A system and method for measuring three-dimensional (3D) coordinate values of an environment is provided. The method including moving a 2D scanner through the environment. A 2D map of the environment is generated using the 2D scanner. A path is defined through the environment using the 2D scanner. 3D scan locations along the path are defined using the 2D scanner. The 2D scanner is operably coupled to a mobile base unit. The mobile base unit is moved along the path based at least in part on the 2D map and the defined path. 3D coordinate values are measured at the 3D scan locations with a 3D scanner, the 3D scanner being coupled to the mobile base unit.

  • Patent number: 11636313
Abstract: Data for interactions performed by users through a portal page is collected. The data comprising a plurality of sequences of interactions performed by a user on representations of products displayed in the portal page. The plurality of sequences of interactions are input to train a neural network on temporal dependencies between interactions within a sequence from the plurality of sequences. The plurality of sequences are processed by the neural network through a plurality of learning layers to generate a model for product identification. Upon receiving an interaction by a first user at the portal page in relation to a product from the products and based on the model, identifying a first product from the products to be displayed in the portal page for the first user.

  • Patent number: 11621062
Abstract: A method for providing secure medical alerts includes executing, using a mobile healthcare worker application executing on a mobile healthcare worker device, a Health Level 7 (HL7) compliant protocol to retrieve medical profiles from a cloud computing server. Using the mobile healthcare worker application, a medical profile of a person (e.g., child or child's mother) is identified from the medical profiles when the mobile healthcare worker device is disconnected from the cloud computing server. The identifying includes reading, using a quick response (QR) code scanner, a QR code of an immunization document of the person, or capturing, using a biometric sensor, biometric data of the person. Using the medical profile of the person, an alert is generated indicating a medical deadline for the person on a graphical user interface of the mobile healthcare worker device when the mobile healthcare worker device is disconnected from the cloud computing server.

  • Patent number: 11592285
Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure provide a system for measuring an object, the system including a plurality of frame segments. The frame segments are configured to mechanically couple together to form a frame. The plurality of frame segments includes a plurality of measurement device link segments and each of the plurality of measurement device link segments includes a measurement device which together form a plurality of measurement devices having a field of view within or adjacent to the frame. Each of the plurality of measurement devices is operable to measure three-dimensional (3D) coordinates for a plurality of points on the object. The system further includes a computing device to receive data from the plurality of measurement devices via a network established by the plurality of measurement device link segments.

  • Patent number: 11576009
Abstract: A tracking device has a first transceiver, a second transceiver, and control logic. The first transceiver can transmit a first tracking signal for locating the tracking device to mobile devices via a first network. The mobile devices provide the first tracking signal to a tracking server. The second transceiver can transmit a second tracking signal for locating the tracking device to the tracking server via a second network. The control logic can configure the tracking device in a first state in which the first transceiver transmits the first tracking signal, and the second transceiver is disabled and does not transmit the second tracking signal. In response to determining that the tracking device cannot connect to the tracking server via the first network, the control logic configures the tracking device in a second state in which the second transceiver is enabled and transmits the second tracking signal.
