    Abstract: In a method of a computing device for calibrating light channels, one or more channel options of an illumination selecting unit of the computing device are selected to turn on the one or more light channels of a light source device. A camera unit captures a first image of the light source device. A zone and a serial number of each light channel are marked on the first image. Each channel option of the illumination selecting unit is eliminated. The camera unit captures a second image of the light source device when a light channel is turned off. The first image and the second image are compared, and a correlation between the light channel that is turned off and the eliminated channel option is determined. The serial numbers of the channel options are modified and remapped according to correlations between each light channel and each channel option.

    Abstract: In a method for checking installation positions of probes of a star prober using a coordinate measurement device, the star prober is fixed vertically on a platform and supported by a movable arm, and a standard ball placed on the platform. The first probe measures a first point on a top surface of the standard ball, and the second probe measures a second point on the top surface of the standard ball. An X-Y coordinate system based on the first and second points is established, and a value of any deviation angle between the first probe and the second probe is calculated based on the X-Y coordinate system. The information is displayed for indicating whether the installations of the first and second probes are precise or not according to any deviation value, and the respective installations of the other individual probes are checked against the X-Y coordinate system.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a composite separator for a fuel cell, which can reduce the electrical contact resistance by performing an additional post-treatment to remove residual resin remaining on the surface of the composite separator by plasma etching. In certain preferred embodiments, the present invention provides a method for manufacturing a composite separator for a fuel cell, in which a liquid phase resin for gasket is applied to the surface of the composite separator along a predetermined gasket pattern, or a semi-cured resin for gasket in the form of a film with a predetermined gasket pattern is stacked on the surface of the composite separator, and then plasma etching is performed to remove the residual resin and, at the same time, cure the resin for gasket, thus reducing the overall processing time to improve the productivity and preventing a composite material of the separator from being damaged.

The fixing apparatus also solves the problem of damage caused by interference or the inconvenience of transportation by allowing the fixing bracket to be inserted during the transportation of the insulation panel.
