    Abstract: A method for manufacturing three-dimensional (3D) integrated circuit (IC) is provided. In some embodiments, a second IC die is formed and bonded to a first IC die by a first bonding structure. A third IC die is formed and bonded to the second IC die by a second bonding structure. The second bonding structure is formed between back sides of the second IC die and the third IC die opposite to corresponding interconnect structures and comprises a first TSV (through substrate via) disposed through a second substrate of the second IC die and a second TSV disposed through a third substrate of the third IC die. In some further embodiments, the second bonding structure is formed by forming conductive features with oppositely titled sidewalls disposed between the first TSV and the second TSV.

A current path through the upper valve component or the lower valve component comprises inductance to form a resonance circuit.

    Abstract: A pulse controlled charging method for higher temperature charging in addition to the current-reducing operation at ambient temperature. A specific software control strategy for these purposes is proposed, which can be divided into two parts, (a) two-stage charging current control at ambient temperature, which sets different current-limiting transient points for chargers with different outputs; (b) high-temperature pulse charging, which utilizes an internal NTC (Negative temperature coefficient) thermistor inside the charger to detect the internal temperature of the charger, if the temperature exceeds a pre-determined value, the charging process will be stopped for a period of time to avoid the temperature of the charger becoming too high.

Some servers are constructed using a chassis that includes a front row of bays and an inner row of bays. In embodiments, in a closed position, the front row of bays conceals the inner row of bays until the front row of bays is rotated horizontally to an open position that provides access to the inner row of bays. The front row of bays may be divided into two banks of drive bays. The left and right banks of bays may be opened separately by rotating them horizontally about hinges connecting each bank to the chassis. By opening in this manner, the inner bays can be administered safely and limiting the forces placed on the chassis and the rack.

The first and second portions are located at two corners on a diagonal of the rectangular ring spacer. The first and second portions are removed by using the patterned photoresist layer as a mask to form a first spacer and a second spacer. The first spacer and the second spacer are L-shaped. The patterned photoresist layer is removed. A pattern of the first spacer and a pattern of the second spacer are transferred to the conductive layer to form an L-shaped first conductive wire and an L-shaped second conductive wire.
