  • Publication number: 20200073828
Abstract: A security system and a security method of stored data are provided. In the security system and the security method, a central processing unit performs hashing operation on a seed code to generate a data access code, which is then compared with a password stored in a storage device. If there is no password in the storage device, the data access code is written into the storage device as the password. On the other hand, if the data access code does not match the password, the storage device denies the access request from the central processing unit.

  • Publication number: 20130067955
Abstract: A method for manufacturing a bioactive glass ceramic material is firstly to prepare a calcium phosphate series ceramic material and a nano-scaled titanium dioxide powder with a specific proportion of anatase phase titanium dioxide structure. Then, the calcium phosphate series ceramic material and the nano-scaled titanium dioxide powder are mixed according to a specific proportion for obtaining a mixture. The mixture is then melted and quenched to execute a replacement type quasi-chemical reaction to form a bioactive glass containing titanium phosphoric (TiP2O7). Finally, the bioactive glass can be further ground into a bioactive glass powder, and a heat treatment can be applied to recrystallize the bioactive powder so as to obtain the bioactive glass ceramic material. Also, the bioactive glass ceramic material can be further polarized into an electrified bioactive glass ceramic material which can promote the growth of a broken bone.

  • Patent number: 8309391
Abstract: A method for manufacturing an array-type nanotube layer for a thin-film solar cell comprises the steps of: preparing an isotropic Si-substrate; sputtering a metal Ti layer onto the isotropic Si-substrate; heat-treating the Ti-coated Si-substrate in a vacuum heat-treatment environment; annealing the Ti-coated Si-substrate in an annealing heat-treatment environment to produce an intermediate-phase metal Ti layer; anodizing the intermediate-phase metal Ti layer so as to transform the intermediate-phase metal Ti layer into an array-type nanotube layer for the solar cell; and finally applying a reverse voltage to separate the array-type nanotube layer from the isotropic Si-substrate.

  • Publication number: 20070252305
Abstract: Double-injection molding methods through which the products do not have any parting lines between the molding materials comprise a mold, which has at least a male mold and a female mold. The male mold comprises at least one core. The female mold comprises at least one cavity and one core. The core of the male mold and the core of the female mold can be combined tightly. The male mold is stationary but the female mold is removable. The molding method of the present invention is to manufacture a product with two different plastic materials, where these two different plastic materials are injected into the mold in a specific order. And these two different plastic materials connect each other directly. After packing and cooling process, these two different plastic materials are shaped in the mold. A product with a smooth profile at the boundary of two materials is thus performed.
