  • Publication number: 20160177954
Abstract: A multi-stage centrifugal compressor and an air conditioning unit are disclosed. The multi-stage centrifugal compressor comprises a power portion and an impeller portion. The power portion comprises a motor (6), a shaft of the motor comprises a first end and a second end. The impeller portion comprises N impellers, wherein N is equal to or more than 2 and less than 10. When N is an even, the number of the impellers on the first end of the shaft is equal to that of the impellers on the second end of the shaft. When N is an odd, the number of the impellers on the first end of the shaft is one more than that of the impellers on the second end of the shaft. The first stage impeller farthest away from the motor (6) is arranged at the first end of the shaft; other impellers at the first end of the shaft are arranged in an ascending order. The Nth stage impeller nearest to the motor (6) is arranged at the second end of the shaft; other impellers at the second end of the shaft are arranged in a descending order.

  • Patent number: 9357362
Abstract: A method and system for identifying short message service (SMS) spammers identifies senders as spammers by determining that the senders are sending SMS messages to devices included in a grey phone space. Devices in the grey phone space are identified using various methods including an analysis of call detail records. A grey ratio for a sender is determined as a ratio of messages sent to grey phone numbers by the sender to messages sent to all phone numbers by the sender. A sender is identified based on a difference between the grey ratio for the sender and a second grey ratio being above a threshold.

  • Publication number: 20160118888
Abstract: A DC-to-DC converter includes first and second switches. If on, the first switch provides a signal path through a common node to an output voltage node. If on, the second switch provides a signal path through the common node to the output voltage node. Control logic provides first and second control signals to control the first and second switches. A node produces a first voltage that ramps up from zero during initialization, and a soft start controller controls the second control signal while the first voltage is not greater than a predefined level. While the first voltage is not greater than the predefined level, the soft start controller keeps the second control signal at a higher level to maintain on the second switch, and transitions the second control signal to a lower level only when the first control signal transitions from a lower level to a higher level.

  • Patent number: 9277336
Abstract: A hearing device includes a BTE unit and a thin acoustic tube. The BTE unit includes a microphone, an amplifier, a power source, and a receiver and is configured to mount behind or on a user's ear. The tube includes a proximal end and a distal end with the proximal end and the distal end being connected to the receiver and to a flexible mounting insert respectively. The insert comprises a dome shape part and at least one core hole permeable for sound transmitted from the tube, which is configured to arrange in a user's ear canal to transmit sound generated by the BTE unit to a tympanic membrane of the user. The inserts diameter is adapted to at least have the same diameter as user's ear canal diameter to close the ear canal of the user and has at least one internal vent pathway located on the circumference of the core hole.

  • Publication number: 20160017284
Abstract: The present invention discloses a cyprinid herpesvirus II-sensitive brain tissue cell line of Carassius auratus gibelio and establishing method and use thereof. The cell line is deposited in China Center for Type Culture Collection under an accession number of CCTCC No: C2013179. The brain tissue cell line of Carassius auratus gibelio is in good growth state and sensitive to CyHV-2 that is presently hardly cultured with ordinary fish cell lines. After six passages of CyHV-2 in GiCB cells, viral nucleic acid can still be detected and a cytopathic effect is stable. When ultrathin microscopic sections are prepared from cells having the cytopathic effect, considerable mature CyHV-2 virions and their replication process can be observed in GiCB cells. The construction method of the brain tissue cell line of Carassius auratus gibelio of the present invention has high repeatability, scientific and reasonable conditions.
