Abstract: A non-planar transistor is provided. It includes a substrate, a fin structure, a gate structure, a spacer structure and a source/drain region. The fin structure is disposed on the substrate, the gate structure is disposed on the fin structure. The spacer structure is disposed on a sidewall of the gate structure. The spacer structure includes a first spacer with a first height and a second spacer with a second height, wherein the first spacer is disposed between the second spacer, and the first height is different from the second height. The source/drain region is disposed in a semiconductor layer at two sides of the spacer structure. The present invention further provides a method of forming the same.

Abstract: A fin structure and a method of forming the same, where the fin structure includes a fin and a protrusion having irregular shape. The fin and the protrusion are both formed on a substrate, and the protrusion has a height less than that of the fin. With such arrangement, the fin structure of the present invention, as well as the method of forming the same, can achieve the purpose of keeping the fin from collapsing and over etching.

Abstract: A thermal shrink packaging machine is revealed. A receiving base is disposed on a machine plate. Two slide rails are respectively arranged at two sides of the receiving base while a slide unit is set between the two slide rails. A power source is arranged at the receiving base and an output shaft of the power source is connected to the slide unit. The slide unit is disposed with a cutter and a vacuum nozzle. A curved guiding piece is set on the machine plate. A tear part cutter is arranged over the cutter. Thereby a tear part is formed by the tear part cutter cutting correspondingly to a tear line of thermal shrink film when the cutter is cutting the thermal shrink film. Thus users can tear apart the thermal shrink film along the tear line easily by holding the tear part.

Abstract: A pneumatic type heat shrink film applicator is provided, in which a bearing plate is provided on the frame body and sliding rails are provided at both sides of the bearing plate. A sliding block assembled on the bearing plate is in between the two sliding rails and a pneumatic cylinder is fixed on the bearing plate. An output shaft of the pneumatic cylinder is coupled to one end of the sliding block. A cutter unit opposite to the other end of the pneumatic cylinder is provided on the sliding block. In this manner, a heat shrink film can be cut quickly by the cutter unit driven by the speedy pneumatic cylinder and applied onto a container so as to expedite labeling operation of the heat shrink film.

Abstract: A flat bonding wrapping film has two or more strips of double-sided adhesive bonded thereon at an interval according to the requirement of a goods to be wrapped. The wrapping film is cut into individual pieces and stacked. The wrapping film has the double-sided adhesive bonded on one side and another side overlapping and bonding to the one side thereof. The wrapped goods is heated in a heating apparatus to wrap the wrapping film on the goods to achieve fast, convenient and simple bonding.

Abstract: A double sleeve shrinkable label inserting machine includes a station, a shrink film conveying device, a guiding device, a cutter device, a tuning device, a thermosetting device and two rotary wheels. The guiding device and cutter device may be adjusted rapidly according to the shape and size of two identical or different package goods to wrap a shrink film sleeve on the package goods, and the thermosetting device can bond the shrink film sleeve neatly to the package goods.
