    Abstract: A tapered fiber optoacoustic emitter includes a nanosecond laser configured to emit laser pulses and an optic fiber. The optic fiber includes a tip configured to guide the laser pulses. The tip has a coating including a diffusion layer and a thermal expansion layer, wherein the diffusion layer includes epoxy and zinc oxide nanoparticles configured to diffuse the light while restricting localized heating. The thermal expansion layer includes carbon nanotubes (CNTs) and Polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) configured to convert the laser pulses to generate ultrasound. The frequency of the ultrasound is tuned with a thickness of the diffusion layer and a CNT concentration of the expansion layer.

    Abstract: A multifunctional data reorganization network includes a binary switching unit and a recursive shuffle network (RSN), wherein both the binary switching unit and the recursive shuffle network can enable bidirectional transmission of data, and the data reorganization network completes data reorganization by controlling the transmission direction of a signal in the network. The network may serve as a data transfer path between a storage unit and a computation unit to perform multiple data reorganization functions while transferring data, thereby enabling flexible data structure adjustment of non-regular data, and thus improving data transfer efficiency and computational efficiency of non-regular computation.

    Abstract: A super-tough steel and a production method thereof. The present invention belongs to the field of steels and preparation thereof, and particularly relates to a super-tough steel for cryogenic services, and a production method thereof. The super-tough steel comprises the following elements in percentage by weight: 0.10% to 0.15% of C, and 29.5% to 31.5% of Mn, with the balance being Fe and inevitable impurities. The production method comprises the following steps: A1, smelting with argon protection, and electroslag remelting; A2, hot rolling or hot forging; A, annealing at 900° C. to 1100° C. for 1 hour, and quenching; and A4, cold rolling, annealing of the cold-rolled plate at 700° C.-1200° C. for 1 hour, and quenching after annealing. The steel is simple in composition and does not contain precious metals; and the steel has an average grain size of less than 30 microns, and is non-magnetic with complete face-centered cubic structure.

The method includes the following steps: treating milk with TE solution, fully disrupting microbial cells by bead milling, immobilizing proteins in the middle layer between the aqueous and organic phases with high-vacuum silicone grease so as to prevent impurities in the middle layer from entering the aqueous phase, etc. The extracted DNA has a high degree of intactness, high concentration and purity.

The stator includes a control module and a heat sink. The control module includes a circuit board and heat generating electronic components mounted on the circuit board. A bottom surface of the circuit board faces the heat sink. The heat generating electronic components are mounted on a top surface of the circuit board. Metal heat conducting members are embedded inside the circuit board at positions corresponding to the heat generating electronic components, and extend along a thickness direction of the circuit board. The heat generated by the heat generating electronic components is conducted from the top surface of the circuit board to the bottom surface of the circuit board. The present invention improves the heat dissipation effect of the motor.

    Abstract: The disclosure discloses improvement of the robustness of hydrolases by combining high-pressure molecular dynamics simulation and free energy calculation, and belongs to the fields of computational chemistry, bioinformatics, genetic engineering and protein engineering. The method of the disclosure includes the following steps: first, searching for high robustness related regions and key amino acid sites by high-pressure disturbance combined with molecular dynamics model simulation calculation; then performing virtual saturation mutagenesis on amino acids in the key regions to construct a mutant library; then predicting the stability of the mutants using multi-scale free energy calculation software from protein dynamics, protein thermodynamics and prediction algorithms, and excluding false positive mutants as much as possible after multiple rounds of virtual selection. By using the above method to construct and screen hydrolase mutants, the frequency of positive mutants is as high as 62.

    Abstract: In a method for enriching and separating an anaerobic fiber-degrading bacterium on the basis of cellulosic magnetic nanoparticles, the cellulosic magnetic nanoparticles are prepared by coating cellulose on the surface of a magnetic nanomaterial. Bacteria attach to the cellulosic magnetic nanoparticles. Anaerobic fiber-degrading bacteria degrade the cellulose and then detach from the cellulosic magnetic nanoparticles, and the anaerobic fiber-degrading bacteria are obtained by means of separation using a magnet. The magnetic nano-separation technology can be used as a new technology to efficiently separate anaerobic fiber-degrading bacteria.

By using the characteristics of unequal vapor and liquid components of the non-azeotropic working medium and mal-distribution of two phase flows by vertical impacting T-junctions, the regulator achieves the fluid flowing through a plurality of T-junctions and throttle valves once so as to achieve the purpose of separating components.
