Publication number: 20250086040Abstract: The techniques disclosed herein implement a log collector module that monitors geographically dispersed components in a distributed network for an event that disrupts the normal operation of a service. The distributed network can include a 5G network. In response to determining that the event has occurred, the log collector module triggers the collection of logs related to metrics associated with the event. The logs that are collected include an increased level of verbosity compared to logs that are collected during the normal operation of the service. This enables a cloud service provider to ensure that the root-cause analysis required by service level agreements can be effectively performed. To address the technical challenge imposed by resource constraints, the log collector module only collects the more verbose logs for a predefined time period. Upon expiration of the predefined time period, the collection of the more verbose logs is halted to conserve resources.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 12, 2023Publication date: March 13, 2025Inventor: Navjot SINGH

Publication number: 20250028794Abstract: An interface provides answers to natural language user queries based upon real time data generated by live processes. The natural language queries are converted into a machine query syntax and the machine query syntax is provided to a large language model without sharing underlying data that is used to satisfy the natural language query by serving the data to the end user while, at the same time, masking the data from large language model, where interaction with the large language model is based upon a predefined syntax protocol. A reply is a received from the large language model in the same syntax and the reply is used to create an output to be served to the end user and/or to execute a functionality.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 2, 2024Publication date: January 23, 2025Inventors: Yogesh Ailawadi, Navjot Singh, Mohit Kumar, Ribhav Jain

Publication number: 20240430270Abstract: A system automatically detects unnecessary reader access granted to identities and suggest changes required to bring down the security risk level of an organization. With ever increasing digitization of physical infrastructure, it is not possible to manually monitor and decide who should be able to access what and when, which makes it difficult to ensure that identities have access to just enough readers to fulfill their duties. The system makes sure that all the identities' access is monitored all the time and any vulnerabilities are detected and reported in time, in the form of health score, which is then used to recommend mitigation measures. The system leverages statistical algorithms to produce access recommendations and is replicable in the form of a software interface that can be used in any business/organization or structured work group where identities need to use readers to operate.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 18, 2024Publication date: December 26, 2024Inventors: Navjot Singh, Yogesh Ailawadi, Vikas Chauhan

Patent number: 11019000Abstract: Techniques for aiding an email recipient in the management of inbound email by detecting, and configurably responding to, dynamically variable patterns of activity and behavior are described. Characteristics are extracted from new email messages originated by senders and intended for a recipient. One or more patterns of sender activity, recipient message management behavior, and/or message response behavior, relating to treatment of messages from individual senders and/or plural senders in the aggregate, are identified. The patterns are identified by analyzing statistics collected by the extraction of characteristics from email messages previously received by the recipient. Before the recipient reads a new email, a determination is made as to whether any deviation from an identified pattern exists; and, if so, a pre-existing rule for treatment of the new message is enforced and/or a new rule specifying treatment of at least some messages from the sender of the email is proposed.Type: GrantFiled: March 27, 2020Date of Patent: May 25, 2021Assignee: Avaya, Inc.Inventors: Reinhard Klemm, Parameshwaran Krishnan, Navjot Singh
