    Abstract: A test socket for an IC chip includes a retainer positioned adjacent a load board, the retainer defining a plurality of apertures corresponding to contact pads on the load board; a plurality of contacts disposed in the plurality of apertures, the plurality of contacts configured to electrically couple the IC chip to the contact pads; a housing defining a chamber in fluid communication with an inlet, a liquid outlet, and a vapor outlet. The housing includes a body structure defining a plurality of cavities corresponding to the plurality of apertures and configured to receive the plurality of contacts therein, and a guide structure configured to receive the IC chip and position the IC chip in the chamber when engaged with the plurality of contacts. The chamber receives a two phase fluid coolant via the inlet to at least partially submerges the plurality of contacts in the two phase fluid coolant.

The lengths of the first and second anchoring portions both extend along the circumferential direction of the vibrating portion, and the length extension direction of the first anchoring portion is opposite to that of the second one, so that the first and second anchoring portions and the cantilever portion are connected in a T shape. A vibration displacement range of the diaphragm is larger, thereby improving sensitivity and compliance of the MEMS microphone.

    Abstract: An adjustable stand for a camera with an attachment mechanism connecting the camera to a horizontal arm and a vertical pole. A user-graspable portion rotates with respect to the arm, allowing the user to hold the camera in a fixed orientation while moving the camera around, with the pole rotating and the arm extending and retracting to follow the user movement of the camera. Thus, the image orientation of an image captured by the camera is maintained, and not rotated. An extension mechanism in the arm has enough friction to hold the arm in place but allow the arm to extend and retract with respect to the pole in response to a user pulling or pushing the camera.

The cache maintenance operation generates cache coherency transactions between the global coherency and the local coherency. The cache coherency transactions enable coherency among the plurality of processor cores, local caches, and the memory.
