  • Publication number: 20240307172
Abstract: Methods and systems for rotationally aligning a commissure of a prosthetic heart valve with a commissure of a native valve are disclosed. In some examples, a method can include advancing a distal end portion of an assembly toward a native heart valve, the assembly comprising a delivery apparatus and a prosthetic heart valve, and including one or more radiopaque markers, where one radiopaque marker is suspended within a cell of a frame of the prosthetic heart valve and aligned with a commissure of the prosthetic heart valve. The method further includes receiving a fluoroscopic image in a selected imaging view of the prosthetic heart valve on the delivery apparatus, determining, based on the fluoroscopic image and the one or more radiopaque markers, whether the prosthetic heart valve is in a desired rotational orientation, and rotating the assembly until the prosthetic heart valve is in the desired rotational orientation.

  • Publication number: 20240285396
Abstract: Certain examples of the disclosure concern a guard member for a docking device configured to receive a prosthetic valve. The guard member can include an expandable member and an elastic member extending along an axial length of the expandable member. The expandable member can be movable between a radially compressed state and a radially expanded state. When the expandable member is in the radially compressed state, the elastic member can be in an axially stretched state. The elastic member in the axially stretched state can be configured to return to a resting state, thereby moving the expandable member from the radially compressed state to the radially expanded state.

  • Publication number: 20240240745
Abstract: An adjustable stand for a camera with an attachment mechanism connecting the camera to a horizontal arm and a vertical pole. A user-graspable portion rotates with respect to the arm, allowing the user to hold the camera in a fixed orientation while moving the camera around, with the pole rotating and the arm extending and retracting to follow the user movement of the camera. Thus, the image orientation of an image captured by the camera is maintained, and not rotated. An extension mechanism in the arm has enough friction to hold the arm in place but allow the arm to extend and retract with respect to the pole in response to a user pulling or pushing the camera.

  • Publication number: 20240168882
Abstract: Techniques for coherency management based on processor and network-on-chip coherency management are disclosed. A plurality of processor cores is accessed. Each processor of the plurality of processor cores accesses a common memory through a coherent network-on-chip. The coherent network-on-chip comprises a global coherency. A local cache is coupled to a grouping of two or more processor cores. The local cache is shared among the two or more processor cores. The grouping of two or more processor cores and the shared local cache operates using local coherency. The local coherency is distinct from the global coherency. A cache maintenance operation is performed in the grouping of two or more processor cores and the shared local cache. The cache maintenance operation generates cache coherency transactions between the global coherency and the local coherency. The cache coherency transactions enable coherency among the plurality of processor cores, local caches, and the memory.

  • Patent number: 11979193
Abstract: A method of modulating an optical camera communication (OCC) signal by an OCC transmission node in an OCC system includes acquiring a binary data signal, grouping the binary data signal for every k bits to convert the binary data signal into a global phase shift signal having an integer value from 0 to M?1 (=2k?1), generating a data signal group by mapping the global phase shift signal to first to Mth mapping sequences in the form of an n*M/2-bit sequence based on a preset symbol group mapping table, generating a pulse wave signal by modulating the data signal group, and blinking each of a plurality of light sources included in the OCC transmission node according to the pulse wave signal. Accordingly, performance of the communication system may be improved.
