  • Patent number: 12678228
Abstract: The present technology provides patient-specific implants. The implants can include a plate having a geometry contoured to mate with an identified anatomical structure at a target position. The plate can include a first projection having a first contact surface with a first topography designed to mate with a corresponding first surface of a first vertebral body, and a second projection having a second contact surface with second topography designed to mate with a corresponding second surface of a second vertebral body. The first topography can be different than the second topography. In some embodiments, the first and/or second projection can be configured to contact, and have topographies designed to mate, with a plurality of surfaces, such as two adjacent surfaces, of the respective first and second vertebral bodies.

  • Publication number: 20260191657
Abstract: Systems and methods for designing and implementing patient-specific surgical procedures and/or medical devices are disclosed. In some embodiments, a method includes selecting a design process protocol for designing a patient-specific implant system based on a target correction for a patient. The patient-specific implant system can select a set of parameters for designing each component of the patient-specific implant system based on patient anatomy and the correction for the patient. An implant designer graphical user interface (GUI) can display the set of parameters for the design process protocol, values for the respective parameters, and a planned anatomy of the patient. The patient-specific implant system can generate a design for a group of patient-specific implants such that the patient-specific implants cooperate to provide anatomical correction to the patient based on the target anatomical correction.

  • Publication number: 20260148839
Abstract: Systems and methods for designing and implementing patient-specific surgical procedures and/or medical devices are disclosed. In some embodiments, the system automatically measures and analyzes one or more parameters from images of the human to, for example, assist with diagnosis and/or treatment. The automated measurements can measure parameters between patients and/or physicians to generate historical data suitable for training machine learning systems. Pre-operative images can be analyzed to determine spinal-pelvic parameters for diagnosing patients, generating treatment plans, and/or assessing efficacy of treatment. Intra-operative images can be analyzed to determine spinal-pelvic parameters for interoperative simulations.
