  • Patent number: 11777917
Abstract: This disclosure describes techniques for authenticating one or more devices of a user in association with cloud computing services. The techniques include generating credential portions. The credential portions may be used in a signing protocol between one of the user devices and a cloud authenticator. The signing protocol may generate a signature that may be used in authentication with a cloud computing service. In some cases, the credential portions may be shared with other devices of the user. As such, the cloud authenticate may assist multiple user devices to authenticate with the cloud computing service.

  • Publication number: 20230308545
Abstract: A system and method for optimizing callback times to increase the success rate of callbacks while managing overflow of calls to alternate sites when callbacks are unsuccessful. The system and method use a pacing algorithm to determine skill-based match conditions for a subset of contact center agents, if callbacks are likely to be successful from a preferred contact site to an agent of the subset of agents, routing to alternate callback sites when callbacks are unsuccessful, and preferences for re-routing back to the preferred site when a callback is successful and the agent with whom the caller has interacted previously is available.

  • Patent number: 11766734
Abstract: Welding carts with tool-less securing systems are disclosed. In some examples, a welding cart may be configured to retain and/or transport a welding-type power supply. The cart and power supply may have bracket holes configured to receive bracket ends of a securing bracket. The bracket ends may be received by the bracket holes when a shaft retaining the securing bracket is engaged with a rotational lock of the cart. An actuator connected to the shaft may be configured to rotate the shaft to engage the rotational lock. A resilient member may bias the bracket ends out of the bracket holes when the shaft is disengaged from the rotational lock. A captive fastener attached to the shaft may ensure that the shaft and bracket remain captive to the cart even when the shaft is disengaged from the rotational lock and/or the securing bracket is biased away from the cart.

  • Patent number: 11750857
Abstract: A method of communicating an alert includes: encoding data received from a plurality of sources by a central content controller (CCC) and determining existence of one or more alerts. If no alerts exist, the encoded data is assigned as streams to subchannels. For existing alerts, a market area (MA) is determined and the alert is assigned as a stream to a data subchannel and the encoded data is assigned as streams to remaining subchannels. For each MA without an applicable alert, the encoded data is assigned as streams to the subchannels. The assigned data is transmitted to regional controllers (RCs) for broadcasting to the associated MAs.
