    Abstract: A method for generating a genome-edited chicken is provided, relating to the technical field of genetic engineering. Ovarian injection in situ is conducted on a hen, where a gene editing reagent is injected into ovarian medulla of the hen that is close to laying eggs, such that the exogenously-injected gene editing reagent can enter developing ovarian follicles through blood circulation. In resulting Go individuals, a chimera chicken with both somatic cells and germ cells edited is successfully and efficiently obtained, with an editing efficiency of the Go individuals reaching up to 36.36%. Compared with a traditional primordial germ cell (PGC)-mediated method, the ovarian injection in situ is time-saving and labor-saving, convenient and rapid, low-cost, and highly safe.

The zero-knowledge proof information includes first proof information and/or second proof information, the first proof information is determined based on the ciphertext information, and the second proof information is determined based on the ciphertext information and/or the key negotiation parameter. The first proof information is used for verifying whether a private key of the supervisory device is capable of decrypting the ciphertext information, and the second proof information is used for verifying whether a key decrypted in the ciphertext information is the communication key.

A preparation method of anthocyanin microcapsules includes: (1) taking sodium alginate as a wall material, adding sodium alginate and calcium carbonate into water, and swelling for 1-2 h to obtain a wall material gel system; (2) taking anthocyanin prepared by a special process as a core material, and fully and uniformly mixing the wall material gel system with an anthocyanin solution to obtain a water phase; (3) mixing Span80 and vegetable oil to obtain an oil phase, mixing the water phase with the oil phase, and magnetically stirring for emulsifying to obtain a W/O emulsion; and (4) adjusting the pH of the W/O emulsion to be acidic, mixing the W/O emulsion with a salt buffer solution, standing for 1-2 h, and then separating the oil phase and the water phase.

The parameters may include real impedance, imaginary impedance, impedance magnitude, and/or phase angle. The measured values of the impedance-related parameters are then used in performing sensor diagnostics, calculating a highly-reliable fused sensor glucose value based on signals from a plurality of redundant sensing electrodes, calibrating sensors, detecting interferents within close proximity of one or more sensing electrodes, and testing surface area characteristics of electroplated electrodes. Advantageously, impedance-related parameters can be defined that are substantially glucose-independent over specific ranges of frequencies. An Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC) enables implementation of the EIS-based diagnostics, fusion algorithms, and other processes based on measurement of EIS-based parameters.

The chip can specifically identify the genetic relationship between commercial egg-type chickens and egg-type chickens of local breeds, and can also perform applications such as whole-genome association analysis, genome selective breeding, and QTL location analysis of target traits and population genetic analysis.
