    Abstract: Techniques for facilitating inter-cloud federated learning (FL) are provided. In one set of embodiments, these techniques comprise an FL lifecycle manager that enables users to centrally manage the lifecycles of FL components across different cloud platforms. The lifecycle management operations enabled by the FL lifecycle manager can include deploying/installing FL components on the cloud platforms, updating the components, and uninstalling the components. In a further set of embodiments, these techniques comprise an FL job manager that enables users to centrally manage the execution of FL training runs (i.e., FL jobs) on FL components that have been deployed via the FL lifecycle manager. For example, the FL job manager can enable users to define the parameters and configuration of an FL job, initiate the job, monitor the job's status, take actions on the running job, and collect the job's results.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a system and method for testing the spatial distribution uniformity of an alkali metal atom number density of an atom magnetometer. The system includes a detection laser, a laser beam expanding system, a polarizing element, a magnetic shielding system, an alkali metal atom gas chamber, a beam profile camera, a beam splitting prism, etc., which are sequentially arranged in a light advancing direction. In the method, based on an optical absorption principle, light intensity attenuations of linearly polarized light before and after passing through the alkali metal gas chamber are tested by using the beam profile camera with pixels in the level of um, a two-dimensional distribution matrix of an atom number density in space is calculated, and the distribution uniformity of the atom number density is analyzed by using a discrete coefficient.

The preparation method uses an integrated mold forming process to prepare the inductor to avoid an assembly process involving an excessive number of components; heat treatment is performed after the integral forming process, stress is fully released, material hysteresis loss is reduced, and the loss of the device under light load conditions is reduced; no extra gap exists between the wire and the magnetic core, air gaps are uniformly distributed within the magnetic core, and the vibration noise of eddy current loss is reduced.

The feature data and the attention data can be combined through a multiplication process and then summed to generate dense features for comparison.

Additional embodiments involve convolving entire pixel resolutions of the image data against kernels in different layers if the DCNN.
