Publication number: 20020108043Abstract: In encoder side, an electronic watermark generating device generates an electronic watermark which contains a encryption key. An electronic watermark inserting device inserts the electronic watermark containing the encryption key into a first portion of data. An encrypting device encrypts a second portion of the data with the encryption key. The first portion into which the watermark containing the encryption key has been inserted and the second portion which has been encrypted with the encryption key are combined by a switch and thereafter recorded on a record medium or transmitted to a network. In decoder side, the watermark containing the encryption key is extracted from the first portion and the encryption key is extracted from the watermark. The second portion is decrypted with the extracted encryption key.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 24, 2002Publication date: August 8, 2002Applicant: NEC CorporationInventor: Nobuyuki Tanaka

Patent number: 6430366Abstract: One hundred volt AC power is conducted from a plug to a heater of a water tank through 100V lines. The 100V lines are provided with an electricity supply controlling element. Direct current 5V is conducted from the 100V lines to a microcomputer 15 through a power-supply circuit formed with a transformer, a rectifier circuit and the like. The electricity supply controlling element receives a control signal through the signal line to keep the water temperature in the water tank at a predetermined temperature. The signal line is provided with a tipover switch and a float switch on the way thereof, thereby securely stopping the operation of the electricity supply controlling element when the water tank is tilted or turned over. The tipover switch is one with a smaller capacity, thereby reducing its cost.Type: GrantFiled: August 22, 1996Date of Patent: August 6, 2002Assignees: Inax Corporation, Aisin Seiki Kabushiki KaishaInventors: Masataka Mizutani, Nobuyuki Tanaka, Atsushi Sawaki

Publication number: 20020088546Abstract: An etching chamber has a lower electrode section and an upper electrode section. A semiconductor wafer WF is mounted on the lower electrode section. An outer ring including a silicon (Si) ring disposed around the lower electrode section to provide a positioning assistance in mounting the semiconductor wafer WF, and an aluminum (Al) ring disposed under the Si ring. The Si ring virtually expands the area of a wafer WF when plasma is generated, such that unstable plasma around the wafer can be stabilized. To reduce localized abrasion and further stabilize plasma, the Si ring has a height-changing portion. The height-changing portion is formed of a curved surface in the innermost part and function to position the wafer WF.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 2, 2002Publication date: July 11, 2002Applicant: SEIKO EPSON CORPORATIONInventor: Nobuyuki Tanaka
