  • Publication number: 20080056250
Abstract: A link aggregation function and maintenance function by MPLS OAM. Identical entry information is stored in plural circuits IF which perform a LA setting. In this way, multiplexing to the same LSP is possible even with different IF. The first network IF is assumed to be OAM ACT, and the second network IF is set to OAM SBY (SBY). OAM frame insertion is performed only by an OAM ACT port. In this way, in an opposite MPLS transmission apparatus, it is possible to prevent CV frame reception above a specified number of frames. Further, a switch forwarding table is set to forward frames from the network side to the first network IF of OAM ACT. The second network IF which was set to OAM SBY does not perform fault detection by CV reception. In this way, incorrect detection of faults due to non-reception of OAM can be prevented.

  • Publication number: 20070242604
Abstract: The invention realizes defect indication on a multipoint logical path and switching of the logical path when the multipoint logical path is configured using a transfer protocol of configuring a logical path, typified by MPLS etc., in a ring network. Two routes of the multipoint logical paths, a working path and a backup path, are set up. Each of them not only transmits a frame transmitted from a transmitting end node to multicast receiving end nodes but also forwards the frame to the transmitting end node and terminates it also at the transmitting end node after making it go around the ring. Any node that detects a defect transmits a forward defect indication frame to a multipoint logical path in which the defect occurs. The transmitting end node having received the forward defect indication frame halts the use of the notified multipoint logical path, and transmits a frame in another path in which the forward defect indication frame is not received within a fixed time period.

  • Publication number: 20070118414
Abstract: A prediction method for predicting a computer-resource usage amount with the use of a service call relation to be extracted from a business process definition. A resource allocation method includes, before adding a new business process to the system, steps of calculating the computer-resource predicted usage amount by using a computer-resource usage amount prediction step and of allocating a computer, as a new service execution computer, to a service execution computer whose computer-resource predicted usage amount has exceeded a predetermined value, the computer being different from the service execution computer.

  • Publication number: 20070076873
Abstract: A data processing device of the invention has an ID creator unit (300) which adds ID information which is set by a CPU and the number of sectors, and outputs a result of the addition as ID information; a scramble SEED value table (103) which produces an initial scramble SEED value, by using the ID information which is outputted from the ID creator unit (300); a normal scramble filter (104) which produces a scramble SEED value (402) for data to be transferred; a frame jumping scramble filter (301) which holds a scramble SEED value of a jumping destination (401) in preparation for jumping; and a selector (105) which selects one of the scramble SEED value (401) and the scramble SEED value (402) and outputs the selected value to the normal scramble filter (104). Accordingly, the data processing device can perform a scrambling process and a de-scrambling process, without depending on the reliability of the data being transferred.

  • Patent number: 7107576
Abstract: A method of associating two components in an object-oriented includes generating a component information management table. A first component refers to a second component deployed in a component execution module, the first component including component information on the second component. The management table includes the component information and a physical component name of the second component. The component information includes an external interface name and description of the second component. The physical component name of the second component is retrieved from the component information management table using the component information stored in the first component. The physical component name of the second component obtained from the retrieving step is associated with a logical component name stored in the first component.
