  • Publication number: 20120050304
Abstract: When the smallest transformation cost among transformation costs calculated for respective coordinates of integration points is determined to be equal to or more than a predetermined threshold value, a dividing unit inserts a virtual point to the a mesh to divide a triangular patch including the virtual point. When the smallest transformation cost among the transformation costs calculated for the respective coordinates of the integration points is determined to be less than the predetermined threshold value, a transformation unit moves a vertex, which is opposite to the virtual point, of an edge having the integration point to a position of the coordinate of the integration point having the transformation cost, thereby transforming the triangular patch.

  • Publication number: 20110043544
Abstract: Provided is an image display device, in which light emission period control signals are applied to a plurality of pixels holding voltages based on grayscale values, to emit from light emitting elements. During a horizontal synchronizing period, an active period of each of the light emission period control signals is divided into two periods. A start of one of the divisional periods coincides with a start of the horizontal synchronizing signal. An end of the other divisional period coincides with an end of the horizontal synchronizing signal. The active periods of the light emission period control signals (G) and (B) are equal to or larger than 80% of the active period of the light emission period control signal (R). An active period of a light emission control signal is synchronized with the light emission period control signal (R).

  • Publication number: 20100328366
Abstract: A display device is provided which displays images by emitting light when a reference voltage is applied to pixels. An average picture level calculation unit of a reference voltage calculation unit in a rectangular wave driving unit of a TFT substrate calculates the value of average picture level, and a ?V calculation unit of a reference voltage calculation unit calculates a correction amount ?V of the reference voltage based on the average picture level value. The calculated correction amount ?V is added to a reference voltage and is used as the voltage of a rectangular wave signal that is output to each pixel from a rectangular wave driving unit. In each pixel in which a data signal corresponding to the grayscale value is stored, an organic EL device emits light in accordance with the rectangular wave signal.

  • Publication number: 20100070772
Abstract: A CPU of a navigation apparatus stores public keys to which priorities are set and which are published by an information distribution center in a public key storage section. The CPU of the navigation apparatus extracts an electronic signature of distribution data which is distributed from the information distribution center and verifies the electronic signature by using only ‘valid’ public keys among the public keys in order of the priorities. The CPU of the navigation apparatus determines that the distribution data is valid information which is distributed from the information distribution center when the electronic signature passes verification.

  • Publication number: 20100057722
Abstract: The target content selecting unit selects a first image from the content storage unit. The relevance calculating unit calculates relevance of second images to the first image by use of the metadata. The display content selecting unit identifies a second image selected before the first image, based on the history information, and selects the identified second image and any second images that satisfy a selection condition regarding the relevance. The output information generating unit generates output information that is used for displaying first selection information from which the first image can be selected and second selection information from which second images can be selected, on the display device. In this output information, the second selection information of second images having greater relevance is displayed closer to the first selection information.
