    Abstract: A method of driving an information display device including displaying information of one frame by performing a scanning operation with respect to line electrodes on one substrate and column electrodes on another substrate, such that a voltage is applied to the line electrodes from one end to the other end. Then, a voltage for generating a cross-talk in the first color and a voltage for generating a cross-talk in the second color is applied to all cells one or more times respectively after the one frame is displayed. The information of the one frame is an image, and two or more lines of line electrodes are added at the end of the scanning operation, and a drive, in which a display of the first color and a display of the second color are performed one or more times respectively, is performed after the scanning operation is finished.
