  • Publication number: 20220366070
Abstract: The present invention relates to the security of sensitive data executed by program files in a computing device. A first file comprising of a sequence of instructions that can be configured onto the memory and executed by a processor is stored in a storage device of the device. A suitable program comprising a sequence of instructions is configured on memory and coupled to an encrypted credential store only accessible to the program instance being executed by a processor. A encrypted data store coupled to above said program is provided on the device's storage device. The successful execution of said first file requires access to sensitive data such as but not limited to passwords, API keys or other sensitive parameters, which are provided at run-time by the program coupled to the encrypted credential store.

  • Patent number: 11159763
Abstract: The present disclosure provides an image capture, curation, and editing system that includes a resource-efficient mobile image capture device that continuously captures images. In particular, the present disclosure provides low power frameworks for controlling image sensor mode in a mobile image capture device. On example low power frame work includes a scene analyzer that analyzes a scene depicted by a first image and, based at least in part on such analysis, causes an image sensor control signal to be provided to an image sensor to adjust at least one of the frame rate and the resolution of the image sensor.

  • Patent number: 10732809
Abstract: The present disclosure provides an image capture, curation, and editing system that includes a resource-efficient mobile image capture device that continuously captures images. The mobile image capture device is operable to input an image into at least one neural network and to receive at least one descriptor of the desirability of a scene depicted by the image as an output of the at least one neural network. The mobile image capture device is operable to determine, based at least in part on the at least one descriptor of the desirability of the scene of the image, whether to store a second copy of such image and/or one or more contemporaneously captured images in a non-volatile memory of the mobile image capture device or to discard a first copy of such image from a temporary image buffer without storing the second copy of such image in the non-volatile memory.

Abstract: A method for controlling a sunroof of a motor vehicle that is able to be electrically adjusted by a touch-sensitive touchpad is disclosed. The sunroof is adjusted into a closed position by a first swiping movement across the touchpad. The sunroof is adjusted into an open position by a second swiping movement opposite to the first across the touchpad. The sunroof is specifically controlled depending on a position or movement of the sunroof which is caused by tapping the touchpad. The tapping the touchpad is only registered by a movement of the touchpad that is caused by tapping. A sunroof device and a motor vehicle for implementing such a method are also disclosed.

  • Publication number: 20130060485
Abstract: In the course of a method for automatically operating a measuring device for measuring particles in gases, in particular for measuring carbon black particles in the exhaust gas of internal combustion engines, particle-related variables are repeatedly determined from the blackening of a filter paper in temporally limited individual measurements and the differential pressure caused by the flow of measurement gas is monitored via the internal measuring diaphragm, wherein the individual measurement is automatically terminated and an error message is output below a primary threshold value for the differential pressure.
