Abstract: This application relates to a composition for prophylaxis or treatment of a neurodegenerative brain disease, the composition including TMEM176B as an active ingredient. In one aspect, the composition not only promotes phagocytosis of amyloid-beta in astrocytes and reduces amyloid plaques, but also exhibits an effect of ameliorating behavior and cognitive functions in an animal model having Alzheimer's disease. Therefore, the composition can be usefully utilized for the prophylaxis and/or treatment of various neurodegenerative brain diseases.

Abstract: Disclosed is a data transmission method in a mobile communication system. The data transmission method through a code sequence in a mobile communication system includes grouping input data streams into a plurality of blocks consisting of at least one bit so as to map each block to a corresponding signature sequence, multiplying a signature sequence stream, to which the plurality of blocks are mapped, by a specific code sequence, and transmitting the signature sequence stream multiplied by the specific code sequence to a receiver.

Abstract: A plurality of driving circuits drive a plurality of contactors for connecting the battery pack and an external apparatus, respectively, based on a supply voltage. The third coolant line is installed so as to connect the first flow control device and the second flow control device to each other.

Abstract: A medication packaging and dispensing system is provided. The system may include a plurality of medication booklets containing medication and a tray that is configured to retain the medication booklets. Each medication booklet may include a sequential tab assembly of pull tabs that aligns with a plurality of front cutouts and a plurality of back cutouts. This alignment configuration facilitates dispensing the medication from the medication booklet. The tray may include a riser that extends from a bottom wall of the tray at an oblique angle, and a first guide panel including a plurality of linear stops. The oblique angle may correspond to a pitch of the first guide panel. The riser and the plurality of linear stops may cooperate to maintain the medication booklets in a staggered configuration that is substantially parallel to the bottom wall of the tray. The system may further include a container for retaining the tray.
