    Abstract: A method for rapid and safe construction and intelligent monitoring and controlling of continuous arch bridges, which using a single-arch rib construction method, when installing a new arch rib segment, the clasp cable is immediately extended, and then using an intelligent control cable to ensure that the pier and anchorage tower are in a balanced state. The newly installed segment is no longer in a cantilever state, and the loading on the flange is very small, resulting in a small change in the tension force for the clasp cables of the previous segments. The present invention saves more than half of the clasp cable usage, reduces the number of transverse movements of the cable crane system, and significantly shortens the construction period. The construction method which using intelligent control cables to balance the unbalance loading on the middle pier, could be applied to the construction of continuous arch bridges.

    Abstract: A flip-flop with clock gating based on data comparison is disclosed. The flip-flop unit includes an edge-triggered flip-flop and a clock gating circuit. The clock gating circuit enables or disables a first clock signal to generate a second clock signal according to a data comparison result of input data and output data. The second clock signal provides a triggering edge of the edge-triggered flip-flop. The clock gating circuit copies the first clock signal as the second clock signal in a clock cycle during which the input data is flipped, and maintains the second clock signal at a predetermined level in clock cycles during which the input data remains unchanged. The flip-flop unit enables the clock flip of the edge-triggered flip-flop only in a clock cycle during which the input data is flipped, thereby improving the circuit performance and reducing the power consumption.

    Abstract: An EIS-based gas starvation fault diagnosis method for a fuel cell stack is disclosed. The method includes (S1) collecting, in real time, an impedance modulus at a first characteristic frequency of the fuel cell stack, (S2) comparing the impedance modulus to a modulus reference value, and (S3) determining whether an absolute value of a difference between the impedance modulus and the modulus reference value is greater than a first threshold, if yes, identifying that a gas starvation fault occurs to the fuel cell stack, and if no, returning to step (S1) to continuously collect the impedance modulus at the characteristic frequency of the fuel cell stack. The gas starvation fault diagnosis method is capable of quickly and reliably obtaining diagnostic results and is capable of differentiating between hydrogen starvation and air starvation through different parameters.

The methods also include detecting the SARS-CoV-2 proteins when aggregations of the bound SARS-CoV-2 proteins form with one another. Related compositions, reaction mixtures, devices, kits, and systems are also provided.
