It thus becomes possible to provide a control system of a transmission that engages a clutch by a motor braking force in a manner that suits the running state of the vehicle.

At the same time, a starter motor (19) is driven by a starter-motor waiting-time adjustment module for adjusting a driving waiting time for the starter motor (19) according to the rotation speed of the internal combustion engine obtained when the restart requirement is satisfied.
