  • Patent number: 9055437
Abstract: A communication system for solving a problem, in which secure communications security cannot be ensured in communications between a femtocell base station and UE, is provided. The communication system includes UE (User Equipment) and an HLR (Home Location Register) used in an IMS (IP Multimedia subsystem) network and a femtocell base station (Femto AP) that constructs a predetermined communication area. The femtocell base station exists between the UE and the HLR, acquires a concealment key corresponding to the UE from the HLR during authentication of the UE, and executes a concealment process to conceal the identity of the UE based on the concealment key.

  • Publication number: 20140219252
Abstract: When a representative service control device receives a PDP context succession request signal according to a handover communication procedure prescribed in an applicable standard, the representative service control device transmits a P-TMSI contained in the PDP context succession request signal as an address request to a database device. When the representative service control device receives address information of a service control device from the database device, the representative service control device forwards the PDP context succession request signal received from the request transmission means to the received address.

  • Publication number: 20140213260
Abstract: When a representative PS server receives a P-TMSI contained in a PDP context succession request signal from a UE according to a handover communication procedure prescribed in an applicable standard after the UE moves, if the PS server identified with the identification information contained in the received P-TMSI is not its own representative PS server, the representative PS server identifies the PS server identified with the identification information as a PS server that manages a femtocell base station to which the UE belonged before it moved and forwards the PDP context succession request signal to the identified PS server.

  • Patent number: 8649767
Abstract: A Femtocell base station has a determination means and a transmission means. The determination means, upon receiving a location update request message from UE (User Equipment), determines whether a first message that prompts the UE to again attempt a location update should be transmitted to the UE, whether a second message that prompts the UE to divert to another network should be transmitted to the UE, or whether a third message that notifies the UE that the location update request is accepted should be transmitted to the UE. The transmission means transmits to the UE either the first message, or the second message, or the third message in accordance with the determination of the determination means.
