  • Publication number: 20070217421
Abstract: A transmission control apparatus controls transmission of a packet requesting a name resolution. A determining unit monitors a state of a server that performs the name resolution, and determines whether there is a failure in a first server. A transmission control unit converts, when the determining unit determines that there is a failure in the first server, a destination address set in the packet into a destination address of a second server, and transmits the packet to the second server.

  • Patent number: 7266758
Abstract: A network monitoring program automatically sorts fault producing locations on a network. A memory unit stores a fault location determining table containing events indicative of failures of communications via the network, the events being associated with classified elements which can be causes of faults on the network. A communication situation monitoring unit monitors communication situations with respect to other apparatus on the network. A failure detecting unit detects an event indicative of a failure from a communication situation detected by the communication situation monitoring unit. A fault location determining unit determines an element which is responsible for the event detected by the failure detecting unit by referring to the fault location determining table. A fault information output unit outputs fault information representative of a determined result from the fault location determining unit.

  • Publication number: 20070117881
Abstract: A friction material containing a thermosetting resin binder, reinforcing fibers, and a friction modifier are integrally formed with a pressure plate. The friction material has a first layer friction material on a side of a friction surface and a second layer friction material on a side of the pressure plate. A pre-mix containing an elastomer and a cross-linker is blended in the second layer friction material. The premix preferably contains fibers, and the premix preferably contains 10 to 97 vol % of an elastomer blended therewith.

  • Patent number: 6051651
Abstract: The invention relates to a chlorofluorocarbon resistant resin composition characterized by comprising an agglomerated graft polymer (Y) occurring in clusters having a weight average particle diameter of 0.8-2.0 .mu.m as formed from a small particle diameter graft polymer (y) obtained in a grafting degree of 10-40 weight % by polymerizing 60-20 weight % of a monomer mixture comprising 30-45 weight % of a vinyl cyanide compound and 70-55 weight % of an aromatic vinyl compound in the presence of 40-80 weight % of a rubber like polymer having a weight average particle diameter of 0.05-0.2 .mu.m and a copolymer (Z) obtained by polymerizing 35-45 weight % of a vinyl cyanide compound with 65-55 weight % of an aromatic vinyl compound and having an intrinsic viscosity of 0.6-0.9, the rubber like polymer accounting for 15-25 weight % of the total composition. The resin composition of the invention is superior to the conventional resin composition in chlorofluorocarbon resistance.
