  • Publication number: 20260247231
Abstract: A wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) may receive information indicating a set of L1/L2 mobility (LTM) candidate cells, information indicating a threshold number of cells, information indicating a threshold cell quality value, and information indicating cells served by a same distributed unit (DU) as a current cell. The WTRU may determine that a radio link failure (RLF) or handover failure occurs on the current cell. If a number of LTM candidate cells measured above the threshold cell quality value is above the threshold number of cells and at least one of the LTM candidate cells which is above the threshold cell quality value is served by the same DU as the current cell, the WTRU may select one of the LTM candidate cells above that threshold cell quality value that is served by the same DU. The WTRU may perform LTM recovery to the selected LTM candidate cell.

  • Patent number: 12713366
Abstract: A wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) may receive indication information indicating an uplink (UL) configuration and one or more triggering conditions for transmission of UL signals. Based on reception of a deactivation command or fulfillment of a condition for WTRU-triggered deactivation of a secondary cell group (SCG), the WTRU may deactivate the SCG. Based on the UL configuration and the fulfillment of the one or more triggering conditions, the WTRU may transmit the UL signals via the SCG. The WTRU may receive, via a master cell group (MCG), an in-synch or out-of-synch indication for the SCG. Based on the reception of the out-of-synch indication including a timing advance (TA) delta value, the WTRU may update a UL TA towards the SCG based on the TA delta value. Using the updated UL TA towards the SCG, the WTRU may transmit one or more subsequent UL signals via the SCG.

  • Publication number: 20260239099
Abstract: A WTRU may be configured to receive a bearer configuration information. For example, the bearer configuration information may comprise at least one of: a configuration for a first bearer that is associated with a direct path, a configuration for a second bearer that is associated with an indirect path, and/or a configuration for a third bearer that is associated with the direct path and the indirect path. Each of the bearers may be associated with a priority. The WTRU may receive data at one of the second bearer or the third bearer. The WTRU may generate a flexible BSR MAC CE that includes an indication of the LCG and the buffer size. If the data is received at the second bearer, the LCG may be the second bearer's LCG identifier. If the data is received at the third bearer, the LCG may be the third bearer's LCG identifier.

  • Publication number: 20260239400
Abstract: A wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) may determine that data associated with a RB is to be transmitted. For example, the RB may be capable of being used to transmit, via a sidelink (SL), an uplink (UL), or a combination of the SL and the UL, the data associated with the RB. The WTRU may determine whether a first triggering condition associated with an SL resource allocation for the data is satisfied. The first triggering condition may be that the WTRU has not received, before a delay time duration ends, one or more resource grants that allocate sufficient resources for the data. If the WTRU determines that a first triggering condition is satisfied, the WTRU may perform the SL resource allocation for the data associated with the RB. The WTRU may determine an SL resource to transmit the data, for example, by performing the SL resource allocation.

  • Publication number: 20260238392
Abstract: A wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) may transmit data associated with a protocol data unit (PDU). The WTRU may receive a retransmission request for the data associated with the PDU. The WTRU may determine a retransmission scheme based on a triggering condition. The WTRU may send the data associated with the PDU using the determined retransmission scheme. For example, the WTRU may determine that a first triggering condition of multiple triggering conditions is satisfied. The first triggering condition may that the WTRU has retransmitted at least a threshold number of times. The WTRU may determine, based at least on the satisfaction of the first triggering condition, a retransmission scheme to send the data. The retransmission scheme may include a retransmission of the data associated with the PDU using a sidelink (SL) and an uplink (UL).

  • Publication number: 20260238596
Abstract: A wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) may receive configuration information that indicates a protocol data unit (PDU) set priority value. The WTRU may determine that a PDU set is associated with a priority that is higher than the PDU set priority value. The WTRU may determine, based on the determination that the PDU set is associated with the priority that is higher than the PDU set priority value and a determination that a status report associated with the PDU set has not been received by the WTRU, that a polling indicator is to be sent. The WTRU may send the polling indicator. The polling indicator may indicate a request for a transmission of the status report associated with the PDU set.

  • Publication number: 20260239151
Abstract: Methods, apparatuses, and computer-readable storage media for facilitating condition mobility may perform conditional path switching. In various embodiments, handover of a WTRU from a current cell to a target cell may involve an intermediate relay WTRU, wherein the handover may occur upon specific conditions being met. For example, a remote WTRU may receive path switching configuration information associated with each of a plurality of candidate relay WTRUs. The remote WTRU may select a relay WTRU from the plurality of candidate relay WTRUs based on conditions being satisfied. The path switching configuration information associated with the selected relay WTRU may be applied to the remote WTRU. The remote WTRU may send a message to a network regarding the plurality of candidate relay WTRUs, and may receive an indication to connect to another relay WTRU.

  • Publication number: 20260238400
Abstract: Disclosed herein are systems, methods, and instrumentalities associated with HARQ feedback overhead reduction. A wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) may transmit a first type of HARQ feedback to a network device. The WTRU may then determine, based on a measurement or prediction made by the WTRU, that a condition for using a second type of HARQ feedback is met. The WTRU may send a first message to the network device, wherein the first message may indicate that the condition for switching to the second type of HARQ feedback is met. The WTRU may receive a second message from the network device in response to the first message, wherein the second message may include an indication for the WTRU to use the second type of HARQ feedback. The WTRU may then transmit a HARQ feedback of the second type based on the second message received from the network device.
