    Abstract: A method and device for power savings on a dormant secondary cell group are disclosed. In an approach, a wireless transmit receive unit (WTRU) may receive, from a network, a report configuration to report a channel quality indicator to a master cell group, MCG, or a secondary cell group, SCG, based on the received configuration (e.g. comprising different periodicities in order to report the CQI). In an approach, the channel quality indicator may be transmitted with a decreasing regularity. In an approach, the channel quality indicator may be transmitted with a period (periodicity) that depends on a discontinuous reception status of the MCG. In an approach, the channel quality indicator may be transmitted depending on a presence of high priority data (e.g. number of DCIs received, preemption indication, LCH priority; PDCCH).

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure include methods, performed by a first node in an integrated access backhaul (IAB) network, for flow control of data transmission from a base station to a plurality of user equipment (UEs) via the IAB network. Such embodiments can include detecting a reduction in data transmission throughput in the first node, and determining that the reduction in data transmission throughput is due to congestion in one or more particular downstream nodes in the IAB network. Such embodiments can also include sending a flow-control message to an upstream node in the IAB network, wherein the flow-control message identifies one or more nodes, in the IAB network, for which a flow-control operation is requested in relation to data transmitted from the upstream node. Other embodiments include complementary methods performed by a second node (e.g., upstream from the first node) and IAB nodes configured to perform such methods.

    Abstract: A method is performed by a wireless device for transmitting PDCP packets over a multi-hop path to a receiver, in accordance with particular embodiments. The method begins with receiving PDCP signalling indicating that at least one transmitted PDCP packet has not been received. For example, the PDCP signalling may comprise a PDCP status PDU, or may comprise PDCP data recovery or PDCP re-establishment RRC signalling. In response to receiving the PDCP signalling indicating that at least one transmitted PDCP packet has not been received, the wireless device retransmits the at least one transmitted PDCP packet that has not been received, even if said transmitted PDCP packet has been acknowledged by a lower protocol layer. A method is also performed by a network node in accordance with particular embodiments.

Such methods include, in response to detecting the radio link problem, for each of the UE's split radio bearers that has a primary path set to a first cell group that includes the first serving cell, performing a recovery procedure such that all uplink data transmission for the split radio bearer occurs only via a secondary path that does not include the first serving cell.
