  • Publication number: 20250118810
Abstract: Described herein are thermoelectrochemical cells which have high Seebeck coefficients, as well as various implementations for said thermoelectrochemical cells. For instance, in some embodiments, the presently described thermoelectrochemical cell may be used to convert low grade heat into electrical energy. In some embodiments, the output electrical energy may have an oscillatory nature. The magnitude of the output energy and the characteristics of the oscillations may be tuned by adjusting electrode pore sizes, thermoelectrochemical cell temperature gradient and the material of at least one of the electrode, electrolyte and separator.

  • Publication number: 20250051248
Abstract: An oxidative methane coupling (OCM) reactor has a reactor vessel that defines a reactor vessel interior. The reactor vessel having opposite ends and a central longitudinal axis that extends between the opposite ends. A catalyst bed assembly is positioned within the reactor vessel interior having a catalyst bed containing a layer of OCM catalyst of a uniform thickness. The catalyst bed assembly divides the reactor vessel interior into an upstream zone and a downstream zone. The catalyst bed has an upstream face for receiving the one or more flowing feed gases of methane and oxygen gas as a flowing mixture from the upstream zone. The upstream face of the catalyst bed is configured to have a total area that exceeds the largest transverse cross-sectional area of the interior of the reactor vessel that is perpendicular to the central longitudinal axis of the reactor vessel.

  • Patent number: 12189602
Abstract: Methods and systems for connecting data with non-standardized schemas in connected graph data exchanges. For example, the system generates a custom data structure corresponding to a user identifier for a user profile that includes pointers between user profile attributes (e.g., individual fields/categories within the user profile) and existing assets in a connected graph (e.g., an existing application, software profile for an application, data set, connections, etc.). The system then connects the custom data structure corresponding to the user identifier to the existing assets in the connected graph.

  • Publication number: 20240309073
Abstract: The invention describes an efficient platform for antibody manufacturing and formulation that provides i) cell culture process with improved feeding strategy resulting in high antibody titer between 2 gm/L to 5 gm/L; ii) improved purification process showing optimal percentage recovery, high purity monomer content, minimum aggregation/particulate formation, minimum impurity levels; and iii) high concentration stable liquid formulation with optimal osmolality and low viscosity across different temperature excursions and devoid of aggregation. The preferred antibodies include IgG1 monoclonal antibody specific to the Dengue virus epitope in domain III of the E protein and IgG1 monoclonal antibody specific to the rabies virus surface G glycoprotein.

  • Publication number: 20240247108
Abstract: A polymer, methods of making the polymer, methods of recycling the polymer and compositions including the polymer are described. The polymer can contain repeating units of Formula (I), where n is 1 and denotes number of repeat units, X is an aliphatic group, and Z is an aliphatic hydro-carbon group having at least 45 carbon atoms, preferably 45 to 1,000 carbon atoms, and has a degree of saturation 98 to 100%. The polymer contains 0.01 to 40 ester groups per 1000 backbone carbon units and has a melt temperature (Tm) of 40° C. to 180° C. as measured by DSC at a heating rate of 10° C. per min.

  • Publication number: 20240220854
Abstract: Disclosed are some implementations of systems, apparatus, methods and computer program products for implementing a dynamic chunk size for optimal batch processing. A system trains a machine learning model using historical data, the machine learning model having a plurality of weights, where each weight corresponds to one of a plurality of variables. The system determines a size of a subsequent data set. In addition, the system ascertains available resources. The system determines, using the machine learning model, an optimal batch size for the subsequent data set based, at least in part, on the available resources and the size of the subsequent data set. The system may then process the subsequent data set by performing parallel processing using the available resources according to the optimal batch size.

  • Publication number: 20240045741
Abstract: A three-tiered content notification system that trifurcates the content notification system into a message consumption component, a message filtering component, and a message delivery component. The message queue comprises content published to an event application programming interface (“API”) for the content notification system. By generating this queue of available content, the message filtering component may apply a batch filter on the available content as opposed to conventional per item filtering. During batch filtering, filtering criteria may be applied to all content currently in the queue. The system may rank this content such that only the highest priority and/or relevance ranking may remain in the batch. Content that is not filtered out by the system may then be sent to the message delivery component. At the message delivery component, the system may select delivery channels for the remaining content.
