Publication number: 20110091388Abstract: A method of treating a movement abnormality associated with the pathology of a neurological movement disorder, such as Parkinson's disease or Restless Leg(s) Syndrome by administering a therapeutically effective amount of a PDE7 inhibitory agent. An aspect of the invention provides for the administration of a PDE& inhibitory agent in conjunction with a dopamine agonist or precursor, such as levodopa. In another aspect of the invention, the PDE7 inhibitory agent may be selective for PDE7 relative to other molecular targets (i) known to be involved with the pathology of Parkinson's disease or (ii) at which other drug(s) that are therapeutically effective to treat Parkinson's disease act.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 21, 2010Publication date: April 21, 2011Applicant: OMEROS CORPORATIONInventors: John E. Method and apparatus for locating a fault in an electrical conductor, with interference compensation
Publication number: 20100211348Abstract: A voltage pulse is transmitted into a test object, and returned reflection pulses are evaluated to determine the location of a fault in the test object. The return signal includes a reflection from the fault and undesired interfering reflection pulses, which are removed or compensated-out from the return signal to produce a corrected pulse diagram. A circuit arrangement for this includes a bi-directional coupler, a separation filter, a measured signal detection circuit with two input channels, a memory storing a database, a computer processor, and a measured signal evaluation unit. A method in this regard includes a first step of measuring the input impedance of the test object, and a second step of measuring the return signal pulses, transforming the return signal to the frequency domain, compensating the frequency domain data to remove interference, transforming the data back to the time domain, and representing or evaluating the pulse diagram.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 27, 2010Publication date: August 19, 2010Inventors: Patrick Gray, Hubert Schlapp -

Patent number: 7077760Abstract: A kit for assembling putters of variable selected designs which includes a plurality of putter heads of varying designs, each putter head being formed with a bore in its upper surface. Also, including a plurality of hosels of varying designs, each hosel having a foot including a projection at a first end and a receptacle at a second end. Each projection being sized to fit into each of the bores in the putter heads. Further including a plurality of shafts of a plurality of lengths and flexes, each of which is sized at one end to fit into the hosel receptacles. The kit provides the components for assembling putters of selected and differing designs by choosing a specific designed putter head from the plurality of putter heads, choosing a specific designed hosel from the plurality of hosels, choosing a shaft of specific length and flexibility from the plurality of shafts and securing them together in the appropriate manner.Type: GrantFiled: January 15, 2004Date of Patent: July 18, 2006Assignee: Focus Golf Systems, Inc.Inventor: William Patrick Gray
