  • Patent number: 11815110
Abstract: Presented herein are systems and methods for attenuating certain pulsations in a hydraulic system comprising a pump and a hydraulic actuator. In certain aspects, an accumulator comprising an internal volume that is divided into a working chamber and a contained chamber may be utilized to at least partially attenuate propagation of certain pulsations in the system. The working chamber may be fluidically coupled to the pump via a first flow path and fluidically coupled to a chamber of the actuator via a second flow path. The system may be designed such that a first inertance of the first flow path is greater than a second inertance of the second flow path. Additionally or alternatively, the system may be designed such that a resonance associated with the first inertance and a compliance of the accumulator may occur at a resonance frequency of less than 90 Hz.

  • Patent number: 11809570
Abstract: A method and apparatus for analyzing side-channel security vulnerabilities in a digital device. A first time sequence of measurements of side-channel related phenomena of the digital device, such as power draw or electromagnetic emissions is obtained. A second time sequence of debug outputs of the digital device, such as program counter contents or other device processor or register states, is obtained. The first time sequence and the second time sequence are obtained based on a common time reference, and thus correlated in time. A controller can provide a common timing signal to measurement equipment obtaining the first time sequence and to a debug tool obtaining the second time sequence, and the common time reference can be correspond to the common timing signal.

  • Publication number: 20230305901
Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for automatic compute environment scheduling using machine learning (ML). This includes identifying a first compute resource among a plurality of compute resources operating in a compute infrastructure, where the first compute resource is in a first operational state. It further includes determining, based on comparing a first time with a compute resources schedule generated using an ML model, that the first compute resource should be placed in a second operational state different from the first operational state. It further includes determining whether the compute resources schedule should be disregarded, and either (1) in response to determining that the compute resources schedule should not be disregarded, placing the first compute resource in the second operational state, or (2) in response to determining that the compute resources schedule should be disregarded, allowing the first compute resource to remain in the first operational state.

  • Patent number: 11768372
Abstract: A head up display arrangement for a motor vehicle includes a head up display module having a picture generation unit emitting a light field. A polarizing device is rotatable between at least a first rotational position and a second rotational position. The polarizing device receives the light field from the picture generation unit and emits the light field regardless of whether the polarizing device is in the first rotational position or the second rotational position. More of the light is emitted by the polarizer in a P-polarization state in the second rotational position than in the first rotational position. A windshield reflects the light field from the polarizing device such that the reflected light field is visible to a human driver of the motor vehicle as a virtual image.
